Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sullivan County

The place worked great for what we needed. Which was just a place to shower and sleep between events.

Jackie was extremely kind and helpful, and the cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. The setting is beyond peaceful; my toddler loved running around the big yard. We appreciate Jackie hosting us!

This lakehouse is charming and beautiful. The hosts are always available to handle any questions. We always have wonderful stay.

Heather and the uptown colonial property is amazing! It is down town but located on it's own property. It offers plenty of private parking and a very quiet and cozy back yard right outside the door. Inside is no different it too is very quiet and cozy. You will find the inside very clean and very well organized with everything you should need! Heather as a person is amazingly sweet and kind. A true hostess with the mostess! She went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! Her personality and attitude towards her guests is second to none. You would be very hard pressed to find a hostess with more hospitality than she has! If you are looking at one of her properties look no further. You will not be disappointed at all! It says 5 stars but I give Heather and her uptown colonial property 10 stars easy!! I honestly can't say one bad thing it was a wonderful stay!!

We can only say good things about this place. The house is located on a hill, giving you a spectacular entrance. Both outside and inside, the house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. We really fell in love with it. Jeff is also an exceptionally committed person and simply a good human being. We are definitely not people-pleasers, but we would recommend this stay to anyone.

We were not able to get a room at the nearby Marriott resort and conference center but as it turns out, that was a lucky break because we got to stay close by at this place. Perfect for two of us, plenty of room and amenities and much more economical option than the conference center.

Hugo's place was cozy, fun, and yet peaceful. From the sun room, I could see nature and the Hard Rock Casino Hotel across. It was a combination of nature and city life, which I hadn't experienced before. We really appreciate it having everything we needed within just a few blocks. We will definitely come back if we are ever around Bristol again!

Our family had a very nice overnight stay! After some booking issues on my end, Melissa was very patient and generous. It was so nice to stay in a house after staying in motel rooms. The children really enjoyed the extra space and it was so nice to be able to have our own kitchen space! My husband and I both agreed that we slept better in that bed than any of the other 3 places we were at on our vacation! Definitely recommend!

Great stay with amazing hosts! The space was cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed. Brian and Cyndee were fantastic hosts—super helpful and communicative. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place with excellent hospitality!

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

We enjoyed our stay! The space was very clean and the location was wonderful. The view from the deck was beautiful. Another plus is that we were able to pull our pontoon on the shore and leave it for the weekend. Kayla was a phenomenal host - very friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive! Would recommend!

The little cabin was absolutely perfect. Right across from the river & very peaceful. Minutes from Bristol & elizabethton. Very clean & just as described!

We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was beautiful as well as the surrounding area. I loved the fire pit area outside. It was the perfect place to read a book and listen to the birds.

I really liked the place — everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel very welcome from the start. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future. Thank you for everything! During our stay, we visited some beautiful nearby spots like Blue Hole(15mi , 28min), Laurel Creek Falls(30mi,38 min), Twisting Falls(28 mi, 51min), Big Falls(44mi,1hour), Devil’s Bathtub(84mi , 1hour,40min), and Natural Tunnel State Park(84mi ,1 hour,40min — all amazing and definitely worth checking out! The property is beautiful and has a lovely little farm with horses, chickens, and even a donkey. They even let us use an ATV to explore the area, which was such a fun experience!

There are not enough words to describe this place, so relaxing and peaceful. Between the mountains in the background to the river down below, this place offers such a unique experience. No need to set an alarm, the sounds of nature will wake you up! My kids equally enjoyed this place. Betty is such an amazing host, don't pass on the chance to stay here!

Everything was amazing! There was snacks, a bottle of wine, and new dog toys at our arrival! Loved all the decor and the vibe of the place, front and back yards were both nice and private and the inside was comfy and cozy. The recommended hiking spots were 100% worth it.

Thank you for sharing info your beautiful home with my family. We take lovely memories with us. My little boy has never seen snow and has been asking for years that he wants to see and play with snow. God is great He gave us snow our last night and our little boy played for hours on the deck building a snowman. We had a lot of fun and would love to be back during summer so he can fish some more. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

Lee was a great host. He kept an open line of communication and made checking in and checking out very easy. One down side was that the floor in the main house wasn't as clean as expected. We did clean it up ourselves. The guest cabin as well was needing a little bit of love. After letting Lee know, he provided great customer service and was friendly about the situation. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay and were happy about how cool the cabin looked.
