De woning is verder voorzien van een sauna en heeft een buitendouche, lekker voor na het surfen.

Relaxen in de hottub of sauna om daarna een wijntje te drinken bij de buitenkachel of vuurschaal. Benut in de avond de huisbar terwijl je buiten de BBQ aanhebt ( overdekt) Er is mogelijkheid om te gaan "thuiswerken" in het kantoor/serre. Onze prachtig herbouwde woonboerderij ligt in Sondel, het eerste dorp achter Lemmer, nog voor Balk in het Gaasterland, Zuidwest Friesland. Een heerlijke plek voor een familie weekend of een weekend met vrienden. Er is een ruime goed geoutilleerde keuken om met elkaar te kokkerellen, een grote eettafel, ruimte tuin, een buiten BBQ (op gas). Het Gaasterland staat bekend om haar bossen en meren om te wandelen, fietsen, zeilen en paardrijden. Ook zijn er meerdere golfbanen in de nabije omgeving.

Dike villa with infinity view

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Enjoy some quiet time in our wonderful luxurious villa in Stavoren, Holland. Stavoren is located about an hour and a half drive north of Amsterdam. There are plenty of water sports possibilities (surfing, kite-surfing, sailing,...) as well as golfing, hiking, bird-watching in the area. A well equipped supermarket is near the centre of Stavoren (about 3 km from the house) which is also reachable by boat. Several good restaurants nearby are reachable on foot or by bike.

Deze nieuwe (2023) rietgedekte villa's van Wetterhaghe hebben een prachtige vrij uitzicht over de Poelen, de Weisleat, midden in het Friese meren gebied. De duurzame villa’s hebben een eigen aanlegsteiger met eventueel een prachtige 8 persoons elektrosloep! De sloep is beschikbaar tussen 1 april en 1 november. Even naar het dorp varen voor een borrel of 's ochtends naar de bakker voor verse broodjes. Maar ook een dagtocht over de Friese meren is een stille sensatie!

De familievilla is geschikt voor grote gezinnen en families. Een weekend weg met opa, oma, kinderen en kleinkinderen is ideaal in deze villa. De woning staat op Villapark Mooi Gaasterland in een bosrijke omgeving aan het mooie Rijsterbos en op maar 15-20 minuutjes lopen naar het IJsselmeer.

Knus en comfortabel tiny house nabij de Friese Meren, omringd door paarden, ooievaars en scharrelende kipjes. Hier kun je heerlijk relaxen in de nieuwe sauna, wandelen, fietsen, of huur een bootje. Ik vertel je graag mijn lievelingsplekjes in de buurt. Van leukste horeca-tentjes aan het water tot de mooiste zwemplekjes. Sauna en ijsbad zijn niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en worden apart afgerekend. Prijs €25 voor 4 uur. Update 14 mei: hottub is helaas weg.
