We had rented the space for the annual outing of our painting club. The garden and house were bigger than expected. We were very happy with that. It is a beautiful place within walking distance of the dike. It lent itself very well to a painting weekend. Makkum is a relaxed quiet town. Very satisfied.

A very nice house in a very nice location / surroundings. Particularly noteworthy are the cozy living room and kitchen. Cooking is twice as much fun on a stove like this! Otherwise: house and location are very inviting, we felt well taken care of!

Even though we had a very wet weekend, we had many opportunities to have a good time. Be it on the boat, in the village, where you could sit very comfortably everywhere or of course in Anneke's house. Everything was available there like at home and we always made ourselves comfortable in the evening with the family. Thanks for the stay.

We were very positively surprised by the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The garden was very nice and perfect for our little dog and the kids. Froukje is a very nice hostess who welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips for the area. Check-in was also uncomplicated and there were even snacks ready. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you needed in it. The distance to the dog beach is super close and the right beach is adjacent. The city is a little further on foot, but also easily accessible and really nice . We would recommend this place and would book it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc's apartment, which is modern and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean and we felt comfortable in all rooms. We found it very convenient to have a safe parking space right in front of the house. Also great: Bakery and supermarket are within walking distance in 10 minutes. Around Sneek there are many excursion possibilities, especially the smaller places, such as Workum, have their own charm and are worthwhile destinations. We will be happy to come back!

The stay was scheduled for a two- or three-day sailing trip. Unfortunately, it rained a lot, but we felt very comfortable in the house. The landlord's description was consistent and helpful. Everything is fine. Kind regards,

We stayed at the property over New Year's Eve and felt very much at home. The location right on the water is a highlight. It is a very quiet area, so highly recommended for a relaxing break.

Kaya's mobile home is tastefully decorated and everything was hassle-free. Even now in the fall it was nice and warm and comfortable. We were in Warns with a two-year-old child and a small dog. Thanks Kaya! Goy family

The chalet is great and very new. All cooking utensils were also available in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and also the campsite was perfect for us (with a 5-year-old child). The communication with Dirk was super nice and straightforward. We would love to come back!

Very cozy, clean caravan in a quiet, natural environment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. The entire complex (showers, pool,...) is also very clean and well maintained. We had the heating on at night, everything worked out great. The staff at the reception were also very friendly. Communication with Stefan was very good. Questions were answered helpfully and quickly. The WiFi connection in the caravan was not always available, but with the existing games, bicycles and the cozy evenings on the beautiful terrace, that was no problem for us. The WiFi connection at the front of the reception/at the pool was very good. It's a perfect place to switch off.

We were a group of nine girls looking for a weekend of rest and relaxation by the sea and found it in this waterfront accommodation. Idyllic location, quiet area and in close proximity to beach and supermarket. Easy check-in and check-out and very clean!

It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Birgit was an incredibly supportive and responsive host. Lovely accommodation with all the amenities you need. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy and the amenities in very good condition 😊 Communication was super straightforward and we got a quick response to everything. The area offers a lot to explore and the campsite is a good starting point for excursions

The accommodation is very nice if you just want to unwind for a few days by the sea. The apartment is very nice, everything was very clean and it has everything you need, even with a dog, it is very good to stay there. We were very pleased. We'd love to come back!

It was a really great weekend at the place. There was practically nothing that was not on site. From a super kitchen equipment, to many clean bathrooms, to the boat in front of the house. We were able to enjoy the time carefree and at no time had the feeling that something was missing. Glad to come back!

The Dijkhuis has a great location and is ideal for beautiful walks by the water. For my dog, it was great because the garden was completely fenced and the lawn was well maintained.

Was very good, too bad the weather wasn't good! We want to book again next year in the summer holidays if that is possible!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb is beautifully spacious, with great views from the balcony, super quiet and secluded – and yet the nearest town is only 5 minutes away by car. Perfect for really unwinding. The slightly stormy weather also fit the atmosphere perfectly – we found it totally cozy and atmospheric. In summer, it is certainly also fantastic here, but even now the whole thing had its own charm. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped – everything you need is there. And Thea was super nice and warm as a host. Thanks so much for the nice break!

Perfect Apartment for a recreational long family weekend at the sea! Playground, supermarket, snacks and sea are very close and reachable in under 5 minutes! Loved our stay there!

Excellent starting point for water sports in the immediate vicinity (surfing from park, kitesurf around the corner, shops in Workum, some restaurants in the village, about a 30-minute walk). Neat park, great cottages.
