This is the perfect cottage for a family of 4. It is spacious and comfortable. The open plan kitchen-lounge area walks out onto the back yard where you will find a swimming pool, a huge yard and a covered braai area. Inside the house are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower over bath. Each bedroom even has its own TV. There is uncapped wifi and it is pet friendly.

This flat is in Pamela crescent in Ocean View heights, a quiet residential area. You have spectacular sea views from the bedrooms and the lounge. The sun rise and sun sets are something to experience. There is an enclosed patio with a braai The flat has its own parking area and is fitted with an alarm monitored by a security company. Wifi is available The apartment has solar power for loadshed, only the stove is on Eskom power

Lightweight House
