We loved our stay here! Perfect place for our dogs to be able to run free and fairly close distance to hocking hills! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying with pets!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The host, Missy, literally thought of everything - I was impressed by the little touches such as hooks for the towels by the hot tub and clocks on both sides of the bed. The back porch was so relaxing with the rocking chairs and peaceful surroundings. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. Missy communicated promptly and clearly with us on checking in and even left a guide of local restaurants to visit. We will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area!

What a wonderful retreat! I stayed by myself as a little momma get away and it was perfect. The Zucchini bread is as good as everyone says! The hot tub was wonderful! The hosts were extremely responsive whenever I needed anything and really helpful! There are even games and toys for kids/toddlers if that is what you’re doing. I of course was vacationing FROM the kids toys lol but I love that if we go back there are things for the kids. Be advised that this is a basement apartment so you’ll hear footsteps and sometimes muffled voices just like you would in any house. It didnt bother me at all! The views are spectacular and the property is just so peaceful. 10/10 would recommend for sure!!

Margot and her husband John, and of course Jim the herd dog were all extremely welcoming! My husband and I felt like family! We wanted a peaceful, relaxing getaway for my husband's birthday/our wedding anniversary, and we were not disappointed at all! I am a big Highland cow fan, and John took us out to the pasture to get right with the cows! I got the most beautiful pictures to print and hang in my kitchen! Margot and John are such a warm, loving couple. You can just feel the warmth from their hearts! We will definitely be coming back, we want to bring our grandchildren next time.
