Beachfront vacation rentals in Stari Grad

One of the best places we've stayed! Everything was really perfect, the location 10 minutes from the center, not too far from several beautiful coves. And then there's the place! A real paradise, the apartment was even better than in the photos (I think it has been repainted), the pool and sea access literally at the doorstep: incredible! Access to paddles, buoys, masks is really a plus! But the best for the end, the hospitality of Lovorka, Filip and their team who made themselves available, responsive and warm all week with many recommendations. We'll definitely be back! Margita’s place was great for us— very close to the main strip on Hvar town, but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. I spent 1 morning on the patio reading, and it was lovely. The washing machine works well. AC works well. Shower works well. I would recommend this place and I would stay again.

Loved staying here and the location is perfect, with beaches, restaurants and shops 2 mins from the apartment. Really easy to find/get to from the Ferry Port even with big bags and the property was very well equipped. Durdica and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

Svjetlana & Darinko are extremely nice and helpful hosts, communication was easy and quick. The apartment is located perfectly on the waterfront, in short walking distance to the city center and nearby beaches. Most of all we enjoyed the small outdoor kitchen and cozy terrace! Perfect stay in Hvar!

Vladimir is one of the best Airbnb hosts I've had the pleasure of staying with! He greeted us with such hospitality upon our arrival to the island, and personally welcomed us into his home, which was generously stocked with fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, and beer! He even dropped off delicious local pastries for our entire group each morning. We were given the best local recommendations for places to eat, boat tours, and taxi drivers. Vlad was extremely communicative, highly responsive, and extremely helpful when unexpected travel circumstances arose with our group. We had such a fantastic time staying in his home!!

Spomenka was very nice and help us from the first day, how to come to her apartment, organized a taxi etc. she was very friendly and lovely and gave as recommendations for staying in Hvar. When we needed something, she responded very fast. The apartment has a nice view on the sea, and is 10 min on foot away from the port. It has everything you need for a good vacation in Hvar :-)

The Magical island villa was truly that - magical! Peaceful and private and easy to get to the nearest towns, especially with the bikes Grgo kindly left us. The pool was heated perfectly and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

This was an amazing 3 night stay! It’s even better than the pictures! The seaview terrace was beautiful to sit on and read and watch the sunset and the ocean! The heated pool was awesome and we loved swimming in it to cool down! It’s at a quiet part of the islands, only 2 places within walking distance to buy food. The location is great with ferry port/local bus stop 150m away. We got the bus one day to a nearby town to go to another beach, though there are 3 beaches right near the apartment so you don’t have to walk far to swim in the beautiful water! Host is very friendly and nice to talk to. A great stop for people looking for a quiet and peaceful break away from the crowds/noise!

The location was wonderful. I traveled with three teenagers who loved that they could walk to the town to go out at night and walk to the beach. The adults loved the pool and how close the beaches were. The only thing that wasn’t 100% great was the air conditioning. He needed another unit in the living room area of the upper apartment. We were there in July when temperatures were 90 degrees + and we couldn’t use the living room, too hot. I would definitely book again.

What a fantastic apartment. It's extremely well equipped, with every little detail thought of. The balcony is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the inlet and the pine-clad hills. Our kids loved the pool, and also the pool table, even though they've never played before! The location is about as good as you could hope for - it's about a 10 minute walk in one direction to the centre of Vrboska and a nice selection of restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to a lovely shaded beach with an Aqua Park, a couple of kiosks and a cafe. And if you just want to get into the sea, about 50 metres from the apartment there is a very pleasant little cove to swim in. Thank you very much to our hosts Predrag and Dajana, who were always very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and are already planning our return.

I can't be more positive about Antonija and her villa. Situated in an absolutely beautiful bay, the clear Adriatic Sea and stunning surroundings were just what we'd been hoping to find. The Villa was a relatively new build that had been kept in pristine condition. It was exactly as described, pretty private, overlooked by one absent neighbour, it had a small pool, an outdoor barbecue and as many lemons, limes and sprigs of rosemary as you could pick. It was off-season so there were no tourists which was great. There wasn't much open, but the restaurant next door was making it easy when we couldn't bear to cook. There's a fantastic fish restaurant (Pasarela) only 45 minutes walk away that really should be visited - tables go down to the water's very edge - stunning! And Antonija couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from the port on arrival, taking us to the supermarket every few days for supplies and taking us back to the port when leaving... We loved it!! A+++++

Beautiful villa and a beautiful boat transfer that they provided

This was one of the most awesome locations we have ever stayed at. It is right on the water and by right on the water I mean that the water laps your feet the moment you walk outside. It is also perfectly situated in town within walking distance of everything including the best beaches.

This is one little paradise. The house is located in a quiet part of the Basine near the town of Vrboska. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. During the day, you'll enjoy a courtyard full of flowers and the most beautiful color of the sea. And at night, you'll only hear the waves. This beauty can't be painted so you expect everything to be MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the pictures.

Excellent stay in Zavala! Dinka was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We loved this little paradise corner of the island, facing the sea with the jacuzzi on the terrace... In May, nothing was open except the restaurant of Dinka and her husband (very good by the way), it suited us perfectly, we loved it, a beautiful authentic place to discover the island.

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

This is the perfect place to stay in hvar. The location is excellent, house is well equipped and the view from the balcony is incredible. The hosts went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for our wonderful stay.

Comfortable apartment, with a spacious and extremely clean bathroom and a window that was like a postcard... Located in the busiest part of the island, right on the port shore, where people gather and the starting point for other destinations by ferry. Sofia, charming, waited for us and helped us with the luggage. Just below the accommodation is the restaurant of the same owner, where we ate on arrival and I also recommend it. Excellent place, for its location and comfort. We definitely recommend it
