Beachfront vacation rentals in Stari Grad

Un des meilleurs logements que nous ayons fait ! Tout était vraiment parfait, l'emplacement à 10min du centre, pas très loin de plusieurs belles criques. Et alors le lieu ! Un vrai paradis, l'appartement était encore mieux qu'en photos (je crois qu'il a été repeint), la piscine et l'accès mer littéralement devant la porte : incroyable ! L'accès aux paddles, bouées, masques est réellement un plus ! Mais le meilleur pour la fin, l'accueil de Lovorka, Filip et leur team qui se sont rendus disponibles, réactifs et chaleureux toute la semaine avec de nombreuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons c'est certain ! Encore merci et à bientôt.

Margita’s place was great for us— very close to the main strip on Hvar town, but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. I spent 1 morning on the patio reading, and it was lovely. The washing machine works well. AC works well. Shower works well. I would recommend this place and I would stay again.

Loved staying here and the location is perfect, with beaches, restaurants and shops 2 mins from the apartment. Really easy to find/get to from the Ferry Port even with big bags and the property was very well equipped. Durdica and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Très jolie petite maison, dans un coin très calme. En pleine nature, à quelques dizaines de mètre de la plage qui pendant notre séjour n’a était visité que par nous. Super accueil que nous a réservé Mario, sa petite maison est très bien équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Heureux d’avoir découvert l’île de Brac avec ce logement comme endroit où dormir et passé du bon temps.

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

The perfect stay! Beautiful location with access for a dip in the sea less than a minute walk away. The infamous Pokonji beach around a 10 minute walk too. And only a 20 minute walk along the promenade into the port, we rented a scooter so we could travel the island more and get into down quicker. The apartment was the perfect size for two and had everything we needed from; beach towels, to cooking equipment, coffee & tea. The upstairs deck was beautiful to sunbathe on. Darjie looked after us for our stay, he greated us when we arrived and gave us some information on the local area and was always around when ever we needed anything and was very kind. He also allowed us to have an early check in and a late check out! I would highly recommend this place to any couples, much nicer than being right in the port.

Svjetlana & Darinko are extremely nice and helpful hosts, communication was easy and quick. The apartment is located perfectly on the waterfront, in short walking distance to the city center and nearby beaches. Most of all we enjoyed the small outdoor kitchen and cozy terrace! Perfect stay in Hvar!

Spomenka was very nice and help us from the first day, how to come to her apartment, organized a taxi etc. she was very friendly and lovely and gave as recommendations for staying in Hvar. When we needed something, she responded very fast. The apartment has a nice view on the sea, and is 10 min on foot away from the port. It has everything you need for a good vacation in Hvar :-)

The Magical island villa was truly that - magical! Peaceful and private and easy to get to the nearest towns, especially with the bikes Grgo kindly left us. The pool was heated perfectly and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

The Villa was an amazing home base for our week on Brac’! thank you to Marin and the entire team for your work to make our dream vacation perfect!

This was an amazing 3 night stay! It’s even better than the pictures! The seaview terrace was beautiful to sit on and read and watch the sunset and the ocean! The heated pool was awesome and we loved swimming in it to cool down! It’s at a quiet part of the islands, only 2 places within walking distance to buy food. The location is great with ferry port/local bus stop 150m away. We got the bus one day to a nearby town to go to another beach, though there are 3 beaches right near the apartment so you don’t have to walk far to swim in the beautiful water! Host is very friendly and nice to talk to. A great stop for people looking for a quiet and peaceful break away from the crowds/noise!

The location was wonderful. I traveled with three teenagers who loved that they could walk to the town to go out at night and walk to the beach. The adults loved the pool and how close the beaches were. The only thing that wasn’t 100% great was the air conditioning. He needed another unit in the living room area of the upper apartment. We were there in July when temperatures were 90 degrees + and we couldn’t use the living room, too hot. I would definitely book again.

What a fantastic apartment. It's extremely well equipped, with every little detail thought of. The balcony is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the inlet and the pine-clad hills. Our kids loved the pool, and also the pool table, even though they've never played before! The location is about as good as you could hope for - it's about a 10 minute walk in one direction to the centre of Vrboska and a nice selection of restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to a lovely shaded beach with an Aqua Park, a couple of kiosks and a cafe. And if you just want to get into the sea, about 50 metres from the apartment there is a very pleasant little cove to swim in. Thank you very much to our hosts Predrag and Dajana, who were always very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and are already planning our return.

I can't be more positive about Antonija and her villa. Situated in an absolutely beautiful bay, the clear Adriatic Sea and stunning surroundings were just what we'd been hoping to find. The Villa was a relatively new build that had been kept in pristine condition. It was exactly as described, pretty private, overlooked by one absent neighbour, it had a small pool, an outdoor barbecue and as many lemons, limes and sprigs of rosemary as you could pick. It was off-season so there were no tourists which was great. There wasn't much open, but the restaurant next door was making it easy when we couldn't bear to cook. There's a fantastic fish restaurant (Pasarela) only 45 minutes walk away that really should be visited - tables go down to the water's very edge - stunning! And Antonija couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from the port on arrival, taking us to the supermarket every few days for supplies and taking us back to the port when leaving... We loved it!! A+++++

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans la villa à Nečujam, organisée par FERIE HOME Agency. L’accueil était chaleureux, la communication fluide et professionnelle, et tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. La maison était impeccablement propre, idéalement située et parfaitement équipée pour notre famille. Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse — nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! Es war einfach nur schön! Das Apartment, die Aussicht, die Küste, der Garten - einfach alles! Dank Nebensaison waren wir fast alleine und haben die Zweisamkeit genossen. Ivan war super höflich und hilfsbereit! Das Sahnehäubchen war für uns der super süße schielende Kater, der auf einmal auftauchte. Nicht nur seinetwegen werden wir sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen!

Ante's apartment was way better than described. The pictures do not do enough justice to how amazing this apartment is. It felt like home right away. It is clean, well-equipped, and has a breath-taking view. It's a few minutes walk to the center where you can find great restaurants and everything. Ante was a great host. On the day of the check-in, he was there to welcome me and even helped with my bags, he gave me some recommendations on things to do in the area. His family live just below and they were really friendly each time I ran into them. This place is really a gem and it's great value for money. I will definitely look out for this place when next I visit Hvar.

Séjour à zavala au top! Dinka a été très accueillante et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous avons adoré ce petit coin paradisiaque de l'île, face à la mer avec en plus le jacuzzi sur la terrasse... Au mois de mai, rien d'ouvert hormis le restaurant de Dinka et son mari ( très bon au passage), cela nous a parfaitement convenu, nous avons adoré, un bel endroit authentique pour pouvoir découvrir l'île.

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Leilighet var veldig bra og alt var rent og pent. Flott balkong med nydelig utsikt over sjøen. Beliggenheten i enden av den rolige gaten likte vi godt. Mange hyggelige restauranter bare noen få meter unna. Rett nedenfor leiligheten kunne vi svømme i havet. Og i andre enden av gata, kun en liten spasertur så er det en flott «strand». Her er det rullestein som de fleste steder i Kroatia. Det var heldigvis ingen fare for å tråkke på kråkeboller her😅 Tusen takk for oss, vi kommer gjerne tilbake

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Apartamento cómodo, con un baño amplio y extremadamente limpio y una ventana que hacía de postal….Ubicado en el punto más concurrido de la isla, justo en la Riva portuaria, lugar donde se concentra el movimiento de la gente y punto de partida para otros destinos por ferry. Sofía , encantadora, nos esperó y ayudó a subir el equipaje. Justo debajo del alojamiento se encuentra el Restaurant del mismo propietario, donde comimos a nuestra llegada y también lo recomiendo. Lugar excelente, por su ubicación y confort. Sin duda lo recomendamos
