There's nothing in it that you can buy ready-made in a construction store. We offer a classic bathroom with old brick floors and a cast-iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room and bedroom. It's the perfect place to relax for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finally hear their thoughts. The lack of internet and very weak gsm coverage will help with this.

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

It was our second time at this place and it was again simply amazing. This stay was all about rest and enjoying the time at Mazury :) The only thing you will need is a good company and some books. Strongly recommended!

It is very difficult to describe how wonderful was our stay at Borys'. His house was just gorgeous and the surroundings divine. We were very cosy and comfortable in the lovely house. Borys himself is the most generous, kind and welcoming person and we loved our stay so much that we did not want to leave. The house is surrounded by a gorgeous forest which was covered with snow during our stay. We could walk to the lake which was frozen white. We loved the beautiful black sheep and of course the two dogs and a cat. We are already making plans to return to this enchanting place.

A compact bathroom is featured with white tiled walls and a wood-patterned floor. A wall-mounted mirror is above a sleek vanity with a storage drawer. A washing machine is positioned next to the toilet, while a towel hangs from the wall.

We had a really nice and comfortable time, the weather was great! An apartment in a great location, in the heart of Santa Claus, minimalist but tastefully and fully sufficient. Parking is a big advantage. I recommend!

Great place, looks much better than the photos. The warmth is clean and very spacious. Effortless contact with the owner. A must-see.

Family Lake House

The eight of us had a marvellous time at Agnieszka's fantastic house on the lake at Stare Stady. She could not have been a better host. So patient when we arrived several hours late, and accommodating when we had to check out early in the morning. The house and garden are incredibly well-equipped and have many different places to relax. There is a Rolls-Royce barbecue area, and wood all seasoned and graded for the fire pit. We used the jetty and boats a lot, swam several times a day, and just had a great time there. There is a restaurant and bar next door that we twice went to which was cheap and welcoming and where they have a beach volleyball pitch you can use. All the beds are comfortable and the TV and audio is easy to use. Plenty of toys and games for all the family - including all our adult children. An idyllic place for a holiday!
