The place is on the 4th floor (elevator), with windows on two sides overlooking important points of the city. A spacious living room with an equipped kitchen, two small bedrooms, a hallway, and a bathroom. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning. The concept and interior design of the apartment is the responsibility of the architect Adam Marquardt, who runs the "Fast Home" program on HGTV.
