Outside you are surrounded by countryside, with an enclosed garden at your disposal and your very own hot tub, which promises to be a relaxing and indulgent experience.

Nestled in the small village of Dilhorne, (about 6 miles drive to Alton Towers) you'll be wowed by the panoramic, stunning views & peace & quiet here. There are 2 great local pubs in the village, both offering a fantastic range of food and drink. You'll find some beautiful footpaths to explore through the field gate. The Shepherds Hut is a happy place, a quiet rural retreat. It is nestled in our secret garden on our small holding which is a stones throw from a local RSPB nature reserve and woodland. It has all you need for a relaxing break including lovely views, wood burning stove, WC, mini kitchen including a Belfast sink, table and chairs and a comfy bed area and even an electric supply. Outside there is a BBQ area, lots of outdoor space and a separate shower block with WC. Private secure parking

Welcome to the Mariannerie! This cosy cottage nestles under two enormous oak trees in a large garden, with views over open fields. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!
