Monthly Rentals in Spring Bay

Amie’s place was great and was perfect for our trip. I was in Peoria with a colleague for a work trip, and this was a much nicer option than being in yet another bland corporate hotel! This property feels professionally managed and everything we needed was supplied. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were plentiful and new, and there were helpful extras (first aid, kitchen spices, iron and board, even a sewing kit) that you don’t always see in other places. TV and internet worked great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and wooded, but just a few minutes from downtown. The road below can be busy at times and the cars are moving quite fast (as there are no intersections nearby), so the left turn into the driveway can feel dicey if there’s oncoming traffic. Although, we didn’t notice any traffic noise in the evening and the bedrooms are towards the back, so it was quiet for sleeping. Overall, a great stay and we’d be happy to visit again in the future.

Nice unit in a converted older home with a vintage vibe as pictured, upper unit with a decent flight of stairs to the top, there’s another unit below which accommodates a larger group, very audible at times as expected. There’s a balcony for use, too. Parking is available on the premises off to the side of the homes drive-way. It’s equipped with all of the amenities listed for convenience to include linens, cooking utensils, laundry, cleaning supplies, etc. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Caitlyn is pleasant and very helpful from check-in to check-out. I would recommend her unit to anyone seeking a safe space to lodge. Thx again, Caitlyn.

10/10 Host, hospitality!! You can’t go wrong with this place! Was beautiful inside and outside! Would recommend 100%. We will definitely be back here! Thanks Amy for letting us come early and stay late. My toddler love to explore around and had so much fun seeing the fish!

Cherity’s place was amazing! Beautiful serene surroundings, peaceful nature. Clean house, has all the amenities needed! Very comfortable beds. The best part were the farm animals - the cute Alpacas, horses, ponys and piglets! We had so so ao much fun! Would definitely stay again here!
