We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It is all very well furnished and the view is amazing. The host was very accommodating and took time to answer our questions. We would come back any time! :)

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property! The accommodation and location were perfect and matched the pictures. The bed was comfortable, and the property had everything I needed, including cleaning supplies. The view from the balcony was epic! However, I found it unfortunate that the company renting the place doesn’t want to communicate via the Airbnb app but on email only. Despite this issue, I loved the property and its modern and cozy look.

Casa Neve Livia was a really beautiful apartment just in heart of Bad Gastein. We spent a very nice holiday week snowboarding and pampering our sore feet at nearby spas. The apartment was very clean and it was just as described. Communicating with the owner was nice and easy and also the local key holder Aleksandra earns a special thanks for the immediate assistance. Especially the kitchen facilities and the living room and dining areas are great. We really appreciated the laundry possibilities as well. Although the apartment itself is great, I think it's fair to mention two things for future visitors about the environment: 1) Bad Gastein village and the apartment are in middle of very steep hill, so there's quite a warm-up ascend when walking to the Stubnerkogel main lift. 2) During evening times the after ski music from the many nearby bars and outdoor venues can be quite audible to the apartment. Despite of that, we had a great holiday in Gastein valley and in Casa Neve!

Very good location. Close to lifts, the railway station and buses. At this home, you don't have to steep slopes to the lift.

Very nice accommodation that very well matched the description. Nice and warm welcome with welcome drink, chocolate and nice scented candle on the table. Everything was in the kitchen, as well as well stocked with consumables. Good parking in the courtyard. Really recommend this place. At the best part was still close to the lift system and store.

We were really happy of our stay. The environment was great and the distance to the ski slope is unbeatable. All of the instructions were clear and the flat was corresponding to what we expected. We also went to Gasthof Sportalm, we would recommend the Gulashsuppe for anyone who wants to go.

We had an awesome stay at this apartment during our ski trip! The place is not only perfect for winter but also seems ideal for summer. The two spacious rooms are well-organized, and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed for our cooking adventures. The large terrace with a wooden table and lounge area made for great relaxation, and it's family-friendly with lots of toys and baby equipment. Even though we didn't get to use the electric barbecue due to the cold weather, we're looking forward to trying it out next time. Having parking in the building was super convenient. We loved our time here and definitely plan on coming back!

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanting house surpassed everything. The kitchen furnishings leave nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended here, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. If you are looking for peace and comfort, you will find both. Very good location, accommodation was excellent, all details have been well considered. Outside movie watching place was an extra plus, luckily even weather was favorable the second day. Sauna is always nice and welcoming champagne made our day!

This is not just an Abnb, this is an experience… an amazing experience!!! The view of the mountains is just breathtaking. Highly recommended if you want privacy and relax in an unconventional structure.

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Great spacious home. We had enough space with 6 people. Also the terrace and the fenced in garden are great! Location is perfect for hiking. Especially with children, there are many amazing opportunities for hikes and excursions! We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable! Thank you!!

Seeboden is a wonderful place to relax. We tried several ski resorts during our stay. We had 13 people staying in the house. The house was spacious, each family occupied one floor. Everyone found their privacy when we wanted to be together, the common room was made for it. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, whatever you would need, you will definitely find it there. Also bathrooms. We appreciate prompt communication with the landlord. We had a problem with hot water during the stay, we immediately contacted the locals, and they tried to solve the problem with a plumber. Despite the repair, the water was only lukewarm. We asked the landlords for a partial refund for this inconvenience. The situation really bothered by the situation and were interested in how we were supposed to. We are aware that they were not responsible for the problem. Despite this experience, we will be happy to come back to Seeboden next time and recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Anna's apartment is exactly what you need for a family skiing trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You can walk to the slope in less than 5 minutes. It is well furnished and very clean. Anna is also very responsive, and the instructions she sent us were super detailed and clear. Would recommend to anyone.

There is nothing to complain about that negatively affects the living. Really a great apartment with a very nice decor! Unfortunately, as is often the case in other apartments, the kitchen equipment was partly insufficient. There were no spices, oil, selection of cutting boards, spatulas and baking paper. Unfortunately, the bathroom has no lockable door, only a hanging sliding door, as is also the case with the bedroom. Nevertheless, if you adjust to it, really super nicely located and excellent for the price. Very nice landlady.

Linda and Ronald are excellent hosts. Friendly, helpful and open-minded. We immediately felt at home in the place. Beautiful and lovingly furnished. The location of the place is wonderful. You have a great view of the valley including the lake. Perfect for relaxing. By car, you can reach Lake Millstatt in a few minutes and can walk on the promenade, go swimming and eat in beautiful restaurants. The infrastructure is also ideal for an active vacation. Beautiful bike trails and hiking trails. On our next visit, we will definitely go back to Linda and Ronald and can fully recommend them as hosts as well as their accommodation.

A spacious and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building is quiet, providing peace for you to enjoy the beautiful view over Lienz and the surrounding mountains. Guido is a responsive host. I hope we have an opportunity to return.
