We had a great time at Timea's! We had our own area in the basement of the house with its own key and house entrance - still never felt like we were too much in the house, fully given privacy. We would be happy to recommend the property and look forward to your next visit!

Our stay in the apartment right on the slope was simply fantastic! Upon arrival, we were thrilled with the idyllic location: It is beautifully high up and offers stunning views of the picturesque village in the valley and the surrounding mountains. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, so we could easily cook ourselves, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We particularly liked the cozy living area with fireplace, which invited us to relax. The possibility of being able to pick up fresh milk every day independently directly on site, visiting the cows and playing with the cats on site was especially great for the children. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us tips for excursions in the area. The location offers a good starting point for various activities in all seasons.

Host Christine was always available, a very positive, fun and open person. A flexible check-in and check-out. We all felt right at home. A sparkling clean apartment, WELL maintained, high-quality kitchen utensils, bathroom is completely renovated and very clean. We were welcomed with sweets and drinks. Christine is a super host, always looking for everything. The location is GREAT, there is a direct free bus to the Zettersfeldbahn lift. In the basement there is a possibility to leave the skis/ shoes etc. in a separate room. Price-performance is really great. We will definitely come more often, also for hiking and weekend trip, as there is still a small garden with sun loungers and a small pond. In short, just beautiful.

We loved our stay! Our hosts were exceptional, friendly, helpful, and discreet. We felt right at home. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the apartment was fantastic. The location is perfect for shopping and also for visiting Italy, which is nearby. The town of Lienz offers all amenities and is a pleasant place to explore. We would love to come back. 5*

Fantastic family vacation in the middle of the mountains! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess Elisabeth and were able to check in flexibly by short arrangement. The Cosy Alpin apartment offers enough space for the 3 of us and is simply super nice and cozily furnished - the direct view of the mountains completes this perfectly. The outdoor area (fireplace, conservatory, dog area) is also designed with a lot of love for detail and invites you to cozy hours under the enchanting starry sky. We received great tips for excursions in the area and otherwise you could contact Elisabeth at any time. Thank you for the hospitality - it was a completely successful holiday. Really lovely place with a great view

Very nice hosts and cozy place with all the necessities for a few days of vacation. Also very suitable for families with smaller children.

The apartment is well situated close to the center of the small town. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are new, clean and well equipped. The room is well heated. And the view from the balcony is amazing. We love this place and the skiing area too. Hope we will come back here again.

We really enjoyed our holiday, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Giga was a very attentive host and surprised us with a wonderful dinner of homemade delicacies. We got great travel tips, we made the most of the Carinthia card, because almost everything was close to the accommodation. Beautiful surroundings, crystal clear streams, spectacular gorges, waterfalls, beach all nearby. Thank you very much for this great accommodation, we would gladly return.

Like an eagle's nest over the valley of the Drava. A really great accommodation, with warm hosts, for absolute comfort! Even rainy days can be spent relaxing here. I can't put into words how incredible our stay at this enchanting house on the lake was. From start to finish, it was a truly magical experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and idyllic getaway. The house itself is a gem of architecture and design. With its large windows capturing the breathtaking view of the lake, and the cozy, tastefully decorated rooms, we felt at home from the first moment.

We had a great stay in Johannes's apartment and felt very comfortable. From the apartment you can take beautiful walks on Lake Millstätter See or to the adjacent Mirnock. During our stay, we worked in the home office and a router was not enough for us. The problem was solved directly by the nice lady in the house by providing us with another router, just great!

We had a wonderful stay! Precisely because we know the place well, the stay was particularly nice and familiar for us. The large apartment was clean and well maintained, which offered us a lot of comfort. The amenities are fully available and we liked it very much. The location is perfect – central yet quiet so we could easily walk to everything in the place and the lake. We particularly liked the garden with the wonderful seating, which we unfortunately could not use due to our activities, but will certainly enjoy on a next visit. The dog always greeted us cheerfully and friendly when she was in the garden without being intrusive. It was lovely to experience their friendly manner. Overall the place was really great, and we would love to book it again anytime. Thank you very much for the nice time!

Andrea's place is perfect. comfortable, spacious, beautiful, clean, quiet, the tableware is a spectacle, and the area... oh what a place, what a country... what respect, education, cleanliness, full of flowers, spectacular!!!!!!!

All great. It was important for us to have enough space and this place was perfect for five of us. Close to stores, ideal for reaching nearby ski resorts.

Very nice family owned hotel with apartments to rent in the middle of the mountains. We used the place to get out of the rain for a few days and were very happy with our choice. The fact that you get to use the wellness area for free and are greeted with a bottle of Prosecco, homemade delicious mustard and a bottle of sparking water on the house is the cherry on top. The host is very kind and friendly. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it.

We were debating between a few places and weren’t completely sure, but we’re so glad we went with this one. The location is fantastic—lots of great hiking nearby, and the town is charming. We also had way more snow here than other spots in the area, which was a nice surprise. The place was super well-stocked with everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hosts were also really responsive. All in all, we had an awesome stay and can’t wait to come back.

four of us enjoyed this beautiful accommodation. We were received very kindly and were immediately given a tour of the beautiful garden and the cozy apartment with a small garden. Everything was neat inside, lovely beds and everything available to get through the first day, such as, tea, herbs, cookies and sugar. The village of Gmund was very close by, there were shops and good restaurants. We really enjoyed the lovely surroundings and we took nice walks. We'll definitely come back to these lovely people.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment within the Monde hotel. Has full hotel services, including periodic cleaning and access to amenities. Hotel has swimming pools, games room, laundry, and even a bowling alley! Couldn’t recommend it any higher.

We had a lovely stay and were completely satisfied. Great for a large group. Two of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which was great and the other three bedrooms share two bathrooms. A village shop is right around the corner. We can only recommend the place.
