The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The free swimming spot is at the beginning of Lake's, in Döbriach (entrance - with the ,blue key cards case,, from Hotel Alexanderhof.

On the over 3800 m2 ground there are still 2 core renovated quaint log houses that are over 200 years old and can also be rented. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within a short distance.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
