Do not hesitate, book this one! Daniela and Andrey did an amazing job with their lovely Sunshine apartment at Rosie Design Chalet. The apartment was spotless, well-heated, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. Bright and spacious, it also offered stunning mountain and slope views. We were two couples, each with a toddler, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The apartment had good sound insulation, and the toys provided for the kids were a thoughtful touch. Since we traveled by car, private parking for both vehicles was a great convenience. The location is excellent,just a 5-10 minute walk to the Nockalmbahn gondola, which takes you straight to the slopes. In peak snowy season, this place is likely almost ski-in/ski-out. For other gondolas, you’ll need a car or can take the bus, which conveniently stops right next to the building. Daniela and Andrey were fantastic hosts, with clear communication before and during our stay. A fantastic value!

In the heart of the mountains, this apartment offers a warm and quiet refuge from the endless expanse of snow and ice. The view is stunning, stretching beyond comprehension, a reminder of nature’s vast, silent presence. Inside, the space is dry, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which holds everything one might need after a day spent carving through the frozen landscape. The hosts, kind and welcoming, even conjured a fire one night, inviting us to gather around, roasting marshmallows beneath the indifferent stars. For the children, toys and games provided small joys and family time. Shops were close by, offering the comforts of civilisation. By day, we threw ourselves down the mountains, surrendering to speed and gravity. By night, we returned here—warm, safe, and at peace. A perfect base for adventure and escape.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property! The accommodation and location were perfect and matched the pictures. The bed was comfortable, and the property had everything I needed, including cleaning supplies. The view from the balcony was epic! However, I found it unfortunate that the company renting the place doesn’t want to communicate via the Airbnb app but on email only. Despite this issue, I loved the property and its modern and cozy look.

Casa Neve Livia was a really beautiful apartment just in heart of Bad Gastein. We spent a very nice holiday week snowboarding and pampering our sore feet at nearby spas. The apartment was very clean and it was just as described. Communicating with the owner was nice and easy and also the local key holder Aleksandra earns a special thanks for the immediate assistance. Especially the kitchen facilities and the living room and dining areas are great. We really appreciated the laundry possibilities as well. Although the apartment itself is great, I think it's fair to mention two things for future visitors about the environment: 1) Bad Gastein village and the apartment are in middle of very steep hill, so there's quite a warm-up ascend when walking to the Stubnerkogel main lift. 2) During evening times the after ski music from the many nearby bars and outdoor venues can be quite audible to the apartment. Despite of that, we had a great holiday in Gastein valley and in Casa Neve!

We were really happy of our stay. The environment was great and the distance to the ski slope is unbeatable. All of the instructions were clear and the flat was corresponding to what we expected. We also went to Gasthof Sportalm, we would recommend the Gulashsuppe for anyone who wants to go.

Our stay was great, the apartment was nice and clea, with huge windows (watch out if you're sleeping on the sofa-bed, you'll get waken up at 7 am by the light) and a big balcony. The host was helpful before and during our stay, with the onyl catch of having to wait 1 hour to check-in despite having agreed on the check-in time with the hosts, as we found the cleaning staff still inside when we arrived.

Really enjoyed our stay! wifi for some remote work worked great, amazing that we could bring our dog, really nice natural light and parking right outside. unfortunately Airbnb shoes the location differently when booking so that was confusing. otherwise a great place!

Wir waren wirklich schon in vielen Air BnBs aber das schräge Häusle hat alles übertroffen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt eine große Anzahl an Gesellschaftsspielen (das Air Hockey war richtig lustig) und Büchern und alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tresdorf ist eine tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und andere Unternehmungen (zu empfehlen an dieser Stelle u.a. die Kräuterwanderung von Hana Lerchbaumer). Wir hatten mit unserem Hund Toni (sogar Futternäpfe und ein mobiler Zaun vorhanden), der sich sehr willkommen gefühlt hat, eine super Zeit. Wer Ruhe und Komfort sucht, wird beides finden. Wir sagen Danke, auch an den Gastgeber, der immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat und für uns erreichbar war. André, Regine + Toni

This is not just an Abnb, this is an experience… an amazing experience!!! The view of the mountains is just breathtaking. Highly recommended if you want privacy and relax in an unconventional structure.

Sarahs Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben zu siebt, inklusive Hund, bequem Platz gefunden und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war das etwas schwerfällige Abschließen der Tür im mittleren Badezimmer. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Möglichkeit, direkt vom Haus aus in die Berge zu wandern und dabei die traumhafte Aussicht zu genießen. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder! Lg. Vincent

The best host of Airbnb that we ever met: warm and friendly. The house is like a castle, it's very peculiar and set in a quiet place; you are literally surrounded by nature and we were lucky enough to see the stars were well at night It doesn't take much by car if you want to visit the Kaerten lakes from there, and cities like Spittal and Lienz. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach fantastisch. Es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Besonders die großen Fenster machen den Aufenthalt so besonders – sei es beim Frühstück mit Blick ins Grüne oder abends gemütlich auf der Couch vor dem Kamin. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – nicht nur mit allen Küchenutensilien und Maschinen, die man braucht, sondern auch mit vielen praktischen Dingen wie Salz, Öl, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs oder Waschpulver und vieles mehr. Das macht den Aufenthalt angenehm unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Jaap war jederzeit herzlich, schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Man merkt, dass es ihm wirklich wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen – danke dafür. Ein besonderes Extra: Der Pool wird aktuell komplett neu gemacht. Wer im Sommer anreist, darf sich also auf einen ganz neuen, wunderschönen Pool freuen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Offenherzigkeit und Fürsorge, mit welcher der Platz gesegnet ist, ist spürbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles geräumiges Haus. Wir hatten mit 6 Leuten genug Platz. Auch die Terrasse und der eingezäunte Garten sind toll! Die Lage ist perfekt zum Wandern. Insbesondere mit Kindern gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Ausflüge! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!!

Nagyon szép környék és barátságos, segítőkész házigazdák. Holiday+ kártyát kaptunk, amellyel ingyen felvonózhattunk és strandolhattunk. Remekül éreztük magunkat.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in dit appartement. Skibus voor de deur, je kan ook de faciliteiten van het hotel gebruiken. Rustige atmosfeer en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitstekende accommodatie met prima bedden, geen moment spijt gehad van onze boeking!

Anna's apartment is exactly what you need for a family skiing trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You can walk to the slope in less than 5 minutes. It is well furnished and very clean. Anna is also very responsive, and the instructions she sent us were super detailed and clear. Would recommend to anyone.

Linda und Ronald sind exzellente Gastgeber. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist herrlich. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Tal inklusive See. Perfekt zum entspannen. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Millstätter See und kann an der Promenade spazieren, baden gehen und in schönen Restaurants essen. Auch für einen aktiven Urlaub ist die Infrastruktur optimal. Schöne Fahrradstrecken und Wanderwege. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir bestimmt wieder zu Linda und Ronald gehen und können jene als Gastgeber sowie ihre Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

A spacious and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building is quiet, providing peace for you to enjoy the beautiful view over Lienz and the surrounding mountains. Guido is a responsive host. I hope we have an opportunity to return.
