"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Renovated with relaxation and comfort in mind a warm welcome always awaits you at this charming cottage. There are two bedrooms with fluffy towels and crisp cotton bedlinen; one with a king-size bed and a single bedroom, with an additional pull-out bed to offer a flexible sleeping arrangement for up to 4 guests.

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

A 2 min walk takes you to our traditional thatched village pub with beer garden, which serves great food and fine ale. Brympton House which hosts many weddings and events is just over a mile away making us the perfect location. Also neighbouring Odcombe is the lovely village of Montacute which boasts the beautiful National Trust owned Montacute House.
