This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. This property is the front annex to the main house, therefore totally separate. It is rented out self catering with a kitchen/diner and seating for 6. The property has 3 double ensuite bedrooms, all with own key entry. The kitchen dining area is exclusively for guest use and includes tea/coffee, the property is on a main road and takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city. There are also frequent buses which go to the city centre and train station. The UEA & main Hospital are close by.

Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.
