Lovely calm & quiet room with private en-suite bathroom, & comfy double bed. I charge a bit more than other private rooms due to an en-suite, plenty of breakfast & no cleaning fee. Usually parking permits free of charge. Easy access to nature, city centre & transport. I'm a quiet & friendly host, able to share info about my city. You have use of downstairs & garden too.
