We enjoyed our stay immensely at Sam's Place. The furniture was comfortable and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The home is located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were easy. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Our only complaint about the location was that noise from the shopping center behind the home prevented us from sitting in the backyard. There is comfortable seating on the front porch which we used instead.

Very nice place. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We felt right at home. We were given very clear instructions on getting in and out and host was happy to help with any questions. Martin is a tiny place, so nothing is more than 10 to 12 minutes away. The house is close to the university, downtown, and the small shopping area. Cant go wrong with this place. Great value. Great place.

Julie's properties are always a favorite when I need to come to town. The property is always clean and exactly as described. Julie makes it easy to stay at her properties. Will definitely stay again and recommend them to others!
