Our stay at Darko’s place was very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyed it! It is a newly furnished apartment with a very clean and beautiful interior. Darko and their partner greeted at the airbnb on check in, were very welcoming and was available for any questions we had! Their apartment is a short walk away from the Mall of Split and other shops which made it easy to travel to them. Would recommend to everyone considering!

It's a great place with big mezzanine and a balcony. There's a lot of space and it's nicely furnished. Good parking spot in front of the house. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host is nice and helpful

Davorka is an amazing host. So personable, delightful, and kind. She gave the best recommendations and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We wish we could ah e stayed much longer.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbor was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We can't forget to mention the hostess, Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

Despite our short stay, we really enjoyed it. Host was so friendly and helpful. Everything is new within the apartment and beautiful- very modern. The bed was so comfortable- we had the best sleep after a long day of travelling. Host has beautiful gardens to admire while on your little terrace. I would highly recommend.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Nice place to stay. Great and responsive host. Apartment is clean with all the amenities. Easy walk to the beach and pristine Adriatic. Approximately 15 min walk to the Diocletians palace and the Riva. Note: there is no elevator and the last staircase to the apartment is a narrow circular staircase.

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Perfect villa but far from the center

Our stay at Ivana’s place was nothing short of perfect! The apartment was spotless, and it seemed like she had thought of everything. We were so comfortable here and wished we could’ve stayed longer. If you’re visiting split I highly recommend this place.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Mateo was very nice and friendly. He made us felt like home. We even made friends with some locals. We shall definitely rent from Mirko again. ☺️

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!

Great stay! The place was clean, comfy, and in a perfect spot. Check-in was easy and the host was super helpful. Would definitely stay again.
