Great host. Quick at responding. The apartment was as described. Couple grocery store close by. Very flexible with check in. The place was very good and had everything we needed. Own parking space in the yard. Would definitely recommend to stay.

The place was amazing, very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you need. The balcony is has an awesome view of the city and is a great place to have breakfast. The beds were super comfortable. A bus stop is directly in front of the door, making it easy to get to split. We will definitely come again next time we visit Split.

Franka & Boris were great hosts ! Always responsive and helpful for whatever we needed. Boris took the time to recommend us a lot of places, which was very nice of him. The apartment is perfect. Clean, big and comfortable. I think an air conditioning in the bedroom is missing otherwise everything was perfect. The view is amazing. Only 15/20 min from the center of Split; so great location. We felt very welcomed and we recommend this place 100%. Thank you for this !

This place is a great stay for a few nights. Once we found the house (the numbers on the street are a bit inaccurate), we got straight inside and we're set up with everything really quickly. Uber to and from Split is 10 euro, really good value for money in comparison to the bus, however the bus routes are close to the house to get you into the city. There is a language barrier as the hosts don't speak English but they use a translator on the phone and there were no issues at all. Bathroom is tidy, kitchen is clean and has all amenities needed. A/C unit is a god-send in the summer too. They're really fast responding to messages too. Would recommend to anyone. Great stay here.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. We quickly came to Split by car but could also always escape the trouble of the party city. The apartment was clean and well decorated! Niksa greeted us personally and was very friendly. The four of us felt comfortable in the apartment, especially since we had two bathrooms and many towels :) We'd love to come back!

We loved staying with Dora and Manuela, they were hospitable and gave us good tips for the trip. The apartment is nice and clean and easily accessible by bus from Split.

If you want a laid back vacation in the suburbs of Split, we can only recommend this. A great stay in a very clean and good apartment home. We enjoyed using the pool and bbq grill a lot. It's a little farther away from supermarkets , but you will have no problems going to Split or shopping with a car (or bus that is within walking distance). It takes 10-25 minutes at utter most to Split and 5 minutes to several shopping possibilities. They had prepared small gifts in form of bread, cheese and sausage which we enjoyed a lot. Communication is great and nothing we can complain about. Enjoy a good meal at Konoba Gurman nearby. Kastel Stari has a cute beach nearby.

We had a very nice week in the Villa, and got a warm welcome with good information and nice snacks in the fridge. We rented a car so it was a perfect location to get easily into the City Center and many other nice places. We also got tips about nice running routes in the area and up in the mountain side. We feel for coming back sometime.

Excellent stay, the apartment was in pristine condition and looks even bigger than in the photos. The place is very quiet is close to many shops, the beach is a 3 min drive with restaurant bar and children's games. Restaurant nearby also excellent. Thanks again to Marijana and Mateo!

Amazing stay, Kaja is super friendly, helpful and quick in the communication. The Airbnb is very comfortable and really good value for money.

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

Ines’ was a wonderful host and her place is beautiful. She gave very in depth & clear instructions that were super helpful with checking in and finding her place. The view from her location is breath taking with a great walking/running path nearby. I would definitely recommend her place is you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

We had a fantastic weekend ! Thanks to Pava a truly sympathic and chatty person ! 😂 He helped in many ways.. Jacuzzi are amazings, garden is big, and swimming pool was clean, temperature was ok for this period, house pretty clean, it would need some renovation here and here but in a general way its ok Very close to city center so interesting to avoid taxis ! Neigbourhood very peaceful, with basketball and football courts nearbye that we enjoyed Thank you

We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The view from the hot tub and balcony is breathtaking. Ivana and Mario were great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommend!

The view of Split is breathtaking. We never left the outdoor space which is spectacular both during the day and at nighttime. Every time we returned to this home and saw the view, we felt incredibly fortunate. It's awesome.

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Don’t hesitate booking this place! It’s everything and more! Matt did the most thorough check-in, so we were very comfortable with our surroundings and the apartment! The apartment is amazing, immaculate, and 5-7min walk to the main area of Split! If you need anything, Matt is very responsive and helpful! The pool and hot tub are an added bonus after long days exploring the area. We definitely recommend this booking 💛

Great location for walking to The old Town, the Port and the bus station. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. Helena was very friendly and responsive to our messages. We had a lovely week. Out of the hosts control but sadly we were woken by the builders every morning at 7.30am directly outside the windows which was not ideal for our holiday.
