Vacation rentals with beach access in Solin

Die Kommunikation via AirBnB zu Shannon war problemlos und sie Antwortete immer sehr schnell trotz Zeitverschiebung zu ihrem Wohnort. Der Checkin funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnung selbst ist so wie auf den Bildern, man kommt rein und fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. In der Umgebung findet man alles in Fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit. Bäcker, Café, Supermarkt (Ribola) innerhalb 2-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Lidl,Spar,Kaufland findet man im Nachbarörtchen (ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto) falls der Einkauf größer ausfällt. Im Örtchen selbst gibt es viel zu sehen und auch der Standort ist gut um Unternehmungen zu starten wie ein Besuch in Split oder Trogir (15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus) Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, dieser ist aber maximal für einen Kleinwagen geeignet (Opel Astra hat gerade so noch gepasst). Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Ivan a été un hôte très réactif et ces informations ont été très utiles et claires. Le logement était conforme et l’emplacement était proche des moyens de transports pour l’aéroport et le centre de Split. Je recommande pour visiter les environs

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in The space was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the best things about it was the location—everything I needed was within walking distance. The beach, the Old Town, and the main bus station were all just about a 10-minute walk away, which made getting around super easy. It was the perfect base for exploring Split and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay!

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

We had a spectacular time in Split and Zarko’s home was a perfect pace for our family of 6. We loved that it was in the city and very close to everything. Zarko made several recommendations that were excellent. I would stay here again the next time we are in Split. Things to note for those booking: this is on the 4th floor so there are stairs. We had no issues at all but I am not sure that is so clear in the listing and may not be preferred for some travelers. Split is a much better location to stay in the city comparable to Dubrovnik. The old town in Dubrovnik would be nice for one night. Here in split you can live in the city. It is a beautiful place.

A great place to stay not far from town about a 15 minute walk to the ferry. Great views, restaurants, tours . Loved it

This was a great stay. Neda's place is spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. She was very friendly and generous with recommendations. The location is wonderful... both quiet and a short walk to the main seaside promenade, and the rest that the old city has to offer. I would stay here again for sure! Thanks for everything Neda!

4 of us stayed in Split at Gorans and Jana’s apartment for 6 nights last week. We absolutely love it. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The location was perfect! 10-15 minute easy walk to the center of town. We like being away from the crowds. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. It was recently renovated so everything was new and the apartment was spotless! It was nice to have the washer to wash your clothes and a clothes line to dry them. They had coffee, tea and cookies for us upon arrival. 2 grocery stores 2-3 blocks away to buy food/drinks. Check in was very easy with codes to get in. If we had questions about dining, cash machines etc, they would answer immediately. When we come back to Split, we would definitely stay here again! We give it a 10 out of 10 rating!!

Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had a great stay in Nataija's place. It's perfect for 2 couples or a family with children with two bathrooms. It's a short stroll to the old town, everything is closer than google maps suggests. The communication was exceptional. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ivan is a great host and he answered all my questions. Self check-in was very easy. Everything was very clean. We prefered to park at the private parking lot at the main street that belongs to the house and is in 3 minutes walking distance to the house. In front of the house are two bars, so you can hear people talk and laugh, but if you close the windows it is really quiet. You should keep in mind, that the house is quite small and minimalistic, so there is not much space for your clothes and you'll probably leave your belongings in your suitcase. The rooftop is beautiful. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. In 1 minute you are at the ocean. In 4 minutes at the beach (stone beach). 10min by car is a LIDL (big supermarket). Great for doing trips to Trogir or Split. I would definitly book again! Thank you very much Ivan!

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und vor allem die saubere Küche und da Wohnzimmer haben uns sehr gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Split, aber auch die umliegende Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.
