We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Jenny's place. The location was central to a great lookout, pristine walks and a beautiful beach. The place was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at and was very well equipped. Jenny was very friendly and responsive - we look forward to staying here again!

Emily was a wonderful host, the house was very easy to find and get into, and the house was spotless and looked even better than the photos! The view was stunning and it was in a lovely area, close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you needed; a great shower, a washing machine, a nice kitchen and a comfy bed. The location is good for a walkable distance of everything If you don’t mind climbing a steep hill and then walking up four flights of stairs. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need—just like at home. Please note that the air conditioner is only located in the living room. Due to the apartment’s long and narrow layout, with the bedroom situated at the opposite end of a long hallway, the AC has no effect on the bedroom temperature. This results in two extreme temperature zones within the apartment. As the apartment is somewhat aged, its insulation and soundproofing are limited. You’ll need to be especially mindful to keep noise levels low in order to avoid disturbing the neighbours.

Great value for money, the QT hotel is just down the road, but much preferred the space and amenities available in the apartment. Plus the price was much better. Beautifully styled with quality inclusions. Location was fantastic, we took bicycles and thoroughly enjoyed the harbour and coastal tracks.

This place is absolutely spectacular — it feels just like home. Summer gave us the warmest welcome, with soft music playing and the house at the perfect temperature to feel cozy and relaxed. Truly the best experience we’ve had in Hunter Valley.

Chanell is a very friendly host, thanks for the baby cot provided, which makes life easier and we all had a good night. The place is clean and tidy, easy to find and self check in. Thanks for the little treatment too, recommend it for an overnight stay.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Laura's apartment, the place smelled really nice and had everything which we needed. The location was perfect - walkable to Tomaree mountain and had a good running route around Shoal Bay. Insa was also very responsive and gave us great recommendations. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Enjoyed a weekend away at Nikki's place in Nelson Bay. Would have to say this is one of the best Airbnb places i have stayed in. The apartment is very well maintained. Everything is clean, tidy and in working order. One of the best equipped kitchens ever. Communication was always clear, concise, very prompt and always conducted in a friendly tone. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a getaway.

We had a short and enjoyable stay at Renee’s place. Loved that it was right in front of the beach and so close to shops! Would definitely come back the next time we come to Port Stephen’s :)

Great central location with beautiful views overlooking the marina. The apartment was very clean and functional, great beach style furniture, very comfy bedding. The kitchen was well equipped and proved very functional, the bathroom was spotless and the garage was very practical. We did not try the pool but it looked clean and pleasant. We enjoyed a fantastic stay, highly recommended!

Cal was a pleasure to work with, his communication was great and he was very accommodating by even purchasing a port-a-cot and high chair which made our travels so much easier. The location is nice with a good view over the harbour area and with in walking distance to multiple cafes and restaurants.

The apartment was immaculate, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had everything we needed. And the pool...magnificent!! The location is conveniently close to the local shopping centre, Bagnalls Beach, and less than 10 minutes drive into Nelson Bay. Check-in was easy (we arrived on a Sunday, so collected our keys from the after hours lock-box), and communication from the property manager was always prompt, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Such an amazing place! I would highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway! Nicole was such a great host, very responsive and added some extra special touches for us! The apartment is stunning and beautifully located! The rooftop private spa and deck was also a highlight! I’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic time at One Mile Haven. The location was amazing, and the apartment was spacious with everything you could need. We loved the beautiful outdoor balcony and the infinity pool and spa were incredible. We will definitely plan a return visit.

My family had a lovely Easter. The property had beautiful views and we could relax on the balcony taking in the great vistas. The pool and spa were an added bonus especially for my grandchildren. The property had everything we required for preparing meals. I appreciated that beach towels were supplied. We hope to visit again!

We had a very short stay. It was affordable and easily accessible. Would love to return in warmer months so we can enjoy the pool.

Perfect location for a girls weekend away. Beautifully styled unit which was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the unit is in a big block it was quiet and peaceful and the outside space was lovely. Melissa is a great host-fantastic communication and information on the area. We'll definitely be back!
