Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Stova has me kept in old style. The house is located on a farm where there is a sheepholding. Great space if you want to roleize surroundings . We have a cat on the farm. Nice view over Sognefjord. Approx. 1.5 km to the local shop (self-service open every day 7 am - 11 pm) Feios is a small village located 2 miles from Vik. Lots of nice hiking opportunities. You have the nature surrounding you . It is exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is special to provide an optimal sense of close proximity to nature. On the edge of a pond, created by the river a thousand years old to reach the fjord, weave the cabin partly on the terrain. Located completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking cultural landscapes and rural areas, this is a perfect city both for relaxation and activity.

The house is located 35 m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and shared barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø city center with grocery stores, niche shops, hotel and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50 m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if you want to rent a boat.

Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.
