Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The cozy cottage is well utilized with a combined kitchen/dining and living room with a view. 3 bedrooms. Nice quiet area for walking/jogging and swimming in the summer. Area: Mullerup Harbor, Røsnæs, Bildsø Forest, good beaches. Come and enjoy the green area with fresh air and peace & quiet. Transport times, approx.: 25 min. to Kalundborg/Novo, 15 min. to Slagelse, 60 min. to Copenhagen.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
