Guesthouse Refshalegården

Enjoy a cozy vacation in the countryside – in a UNESCO biosphere reserve, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and surrounded by nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish-Japanese couple, two dogs, two cats, sheep, running ducks, and chickens. We care about ecology and sustainability, and love growing our own vegetables and herbs in the garden. "Farm to table" Breakfast (Japanese or Danish) can be ordered no later than 4 PM the day before. Breakfast is not included in the price and is paid on-site with either MobilePay or cash.

Adjacent to the landlord's home, this apartment, with its own entrance and private terrace, is located in a scenic residential area. 2 large rooms with double beds, and the possibility of making beds for 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. Toilet with shower and washing machine, and kitchen with all-inclusive dishwasher. 150 meters walk to the beach, and 350 meters to a beautiful meadow and cozy forest. Shopping within walking distance and 30 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center

Housing on natural land

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Country idyll at Vejrbaek Gaard - The apartment

Stay in the countryside on a 4-wing farm in an apartment on 2 floors. We have a cozy courtyard where all meals can be enjoyed in shelter. The apartment has its own terrace overlooking the garden. There is a large park-like garden of about 16,000 m2, where you can go for a walk, walk with dogs and the children can play. There are many cozy nooks in the garden. Families with children are very welcome. We like our guests to feel at home. NOTE that for 5 guests, one bed is on an air mattress in the living room. Possibility of longer stays.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for a night or two for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. I don't greet guests as the host; you check in on your own. 4 beds Double bed: 180x200 2 beds: 120x200 Cleaning, bedding, and towels are included. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic, and there are opportunities for many great walks.

Cozy one-room studio apartment with private entrance. Bright, airy room of 30 m2 up in tile with exposed beams as well as spacious entrance hall with wardrobe. Private toilet and bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with crockery, fridge ( no freezer), microwave, airfryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Small garden table with two chairs between planters and afternoon and evening sun. The house is located on the main street in Sorø in a 40 km/h (25 mph) zone.

Log cabin overlooking meadow (45 min to Copenhagen)

Welcome to this idyllic log cabin, with stunning views. Inside, you can enjoy the warmth from the wood stove. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a large bathtub. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
