We had a wonderful stay! The house is fantastically located in a beautiful and peaceful environment—perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. We did a great day trip to the Vestkapp, which was absolutely worth it. Lina was very responsive and helpful when we needed some assistance. Highly recommended!

The pictures don't lie! I can't imagine a lovelier scene or a better place to appreciate it.This is a spacious, comfortable house above the fjord with lots of light and broad views both down and across the water. We were kept indoors for a couple of rainy days and still didn't feel cooped up. The house, at the end of the road, provides both peace and privacy. The nearby village of Saebo is small, but free of cruise ships and masses of tourists; larger communities are not distant for shopping, restaurants, and charging EVs. Per Ove could not have been a better host - I had lots of questions before we arrived, and he always answered promptly and fully. He was also ready to respond to any questions we had about the house and area while we were there. What most impressed me: he knew we were driving from Oslo and texted us while we were on the road to tell us that the usual route into Saebo (the one shown on our GPS guide) was closed, giving us the alternate route we would need to take.

I had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The location is perfect, offering stunning views, and everything you need is conveniently close by. The house owner is incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The living room is wonderfully cozy, furnished with great taste, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. The space is also very spacious and fully equipped, providing all the comfort and enjoyment you could ask for. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the home matches the photos exactly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already considering returning for another stay in the future. Highly recommend.

Feeling like home as soon as you open the main door, that is the feeling we had the very first moment we stepped in. Very clean, cozy and decorated with absolute taste. It is one of the most equipped places I have ever been... there is everything you can imagine and that you might need. And everything is perfectly organized and clean that it makes it easy to use and put it back where it belongs. 10 minutes drive from the house you have a 24/7 small super market open where you can get anything you need. The house deserves the absolutely maximum possible star rating and so does the host. Smart advice: do follow the instructions of the host to find it... google maps does not help. We liked the place very much and we can only recommend it. The large window front and the views of water and mountains are really great. We enjoyed it every day. The place is spacious, nicely decorated and it was clean. Communication went mostly well. Miriam was very friendly. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

Beautiful and elegant home comfortable as you are in your home and karete was very nice and useful , close to home supermarket spar and Extra and a good bakery. The road to the island needs to cross through a slightly tired tunnel and going to Ålesund needs a ferry for a car worth approximately NK 93, I recommend this house

Very nice apartment that was perfect for our family of two adults and two children:) Clean and nice, good space and cozy! A big plus was the garden with a playroom and toys that the kids could borrow inside. The host was also quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We all had a great time and would love to come back :-)

Host was super helpful, responsive with a clean apartment, all the necessity, gorgeous views of fjords and town. Worth the stay and recommened! On a lovely street to walk with a museum park at one end. Thanks heaps!

Busy week for us visiting family, AND happy to have the respite, beautiful view, easy walk to downtown OR hiking when we did have the time. Webjorn & Stine we’re most hospitable, and accommodations wonderful. I recommend.

A lovely apartment, right on the water with incredible views. The art work in the apartment was really great- lots of Norwegian artists, like a mini museum. Easy walk to the city center. Kiwi Market for groceries was close by. There's an excellent Indian restaurant, Rasoi Ålesund, nearby that we really enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it for your time in Ålesund.

The place was perfect and we felt right at home. We would book the apartment again anytime.

Very nice place in a fantastic location. Only 18 min to the beach and 12 min to the beach ski center. Can recommend this place good price.

Kristin is warm, super friendly and proactive. Made us feel right at home :) House is nicely curated and has everything you need. Just 15 mins from the city centre, gives best of the both worlds - peaceful and yet all the places are easily accessible.

We had a lovely stay at Eddie's cabin. We had plenty of space, a beautiful view, & everything we needed. The cabin is quietly situated in a valley close to the most amazing mountain & fjord scenery. It is a calm & tranquil place to return to after a day in the mountains. Hope to return one day.
