Our place is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with everything in town no more than a 15 minute drive away. Borrow the bikes and go exploring on the bike path that goes approx 20 miles around the city or take a 5 min walk to the nearby neighborhood park or grocery store. You’ll love our place because of the comfy beds and the coziness of the house. Our place is ideal for student teachers, college students doing internships, and individuals in the medical field.

Pamela's place was exquisite! Absolutely one of the best experiences and stays we have had. Stunning home with a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The room was gorgouse and comfortable. I haven't slept that great in a long while.

Great location just south of downtown and in a safe neighborhood just by Augustana College. Raheem is welcoming and engaging. I enjoyed many local spots including Falls Park, hockey at Denny Sanford Center, Siouxland Museums, SculptureWalk, Bread & Circus, Washington Pavilion, many parks forming the bike trail loop, Great Bear Ski Valley, Good Earth State Park, etc.

A sleeping area features a spacious bed dressed in white linens, accented by red decorative pillows. Framed artwork depicting dance scenes adorns the walls. A black wardrobe and a decorative mannequin are paired with a floral curtain, all contributing to a sophisticated aesthetic.
