Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Simrishamn

We had a nice and relaxing Easter at Marie's wonderful apartment. We felt like at home right away as it was our second Easter that we rent the apartment. Peaceful view of the beach and sea, wonderful nature and the apartment is in top condition! Can highly recommend this home.

We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was clean and neatly equipped. Jan also immediately provided us with a lot of tips on our request. We would come any time.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Mat’s loft. It was easy to find the location and get in. We got very good instructions before check in. The beautiful unique building that was before an old bank. Loft as described, huge and was very clean and cozy. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Very nice fenced garden. Parking is just outside the building and free. Mats was very helpful and quick on responding. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Österlen.

We stayed there for a week and enjoyed it a lot. The place was very quiet in May and the beaches empty: Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Check-in went smoothly with a previously determined numerical code. Anna was very helpful and answered questions in great detail prior to arrival. We accidentally left jewelry in the apartment and Anna was so kind to send the items by mail.

Fantastic three night stay during our cycle bikepacking odyssey. Clean and functional, we made our own dinner sourcing food from the Osterlars supermarket 2 km along the adjacent cycleway. Lots of info available of what todo, suggestions. Highly recommend

We booked Cristina’s apartment at the last minute and she was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is very unique, beautifully designed and comfortable. We definitely hope to stay there again for a longer visit.

A small and nice place to stay in a lovely area. Peaceful, quiet, and pleasant. The host couple very nice. The home felt so private even though you lived right next to the hosts. Highly recommend!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Farm Cottage. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and responsive and gave us great tips for things to see. The cottage is cozy, super comfortable and in a beautiful area. It is easy to reach and there are interesting things to do and see. We recommend a visit highly. We were incredibly happy with our stay! It is an amazing environment that the house is in and it lives up to all the pictures. We also took a longer walk of about 30 minutes to Svarte train station to take the train to Ystad over the day. I really appreciated all the good communication with the host Sandra before and am grateful for a very nice and good service. Really recommend this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family in Allinge-Sandvig and Jesper’s recommendations for the local area were very helpful. The house was overlooking the water and the walks along the beautiful coastline from the house were great. The house was very clean and had all the facilities and games which led to a lovely week away. Would highly recommend.

Daniella and Frederik's house is a beautiful modern house with the most amazing view. We enjoyed our vacation and the tranquility by the lake. The children rowed and paddled on SUB boards on the lake. Both Daniella and Frederik were friendly and attentive hosts Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Very nice accommodation, centrally located but on a quiet street. Close to everything, shops, restaurants and the cozy town of Ystad. Good parking within a short walking distance of the house. The house exceeded our expectations and the host is great, very helpful! Clear and concise check-in instructions and the host goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Highest rating! Good beds, nice and well-equipped kitchen and everything you can wish for in the form of TV, good bathroom/shower etc. A perfect accommodation that is close to most things in Ystad. The stairs to the upper floor are very steep but no problem for most people.

This is a happy house, in a lovely location. Everything is clean, it is well organized for large groups, the kitchen is well stocked, it is comfortable and relaxed. There are many games and puzzles, attesting to the frequent presence of grandchildren. Even at the height of winter it was warm and cozy, and the nature in this part of bowling home cannot be beat.

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

Our time with Anne and Styrbjörn was wonderful. Your yard and the accommodation are warm and welcoming. Everything is tastefully and cozily furnished and flooded with light. Beds are very comfortable. There is everything you need on vacation. Upon our arrival, the fridge was filled with locally produced products - this is very special and we really appreciated it. The surrounding area is rural and quiet, but offers many experiences in the vicinity. Highly recommended for families, the children (and also the adults) are invited to meet the sheep, chickens, pigs, ducks and the lovely dog Busa. Our hosts were extremely committed, friendly and made our stay special. They have grown dear to us and we will surely be back soon!

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Daniel is a great host and we felt right at home. The area invites you to stroll or simply relax. We were there in early June and the water was still too cold to go in, so there wasn't too much going on and it was very private. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will definitely come back. :)
