The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. You can even see the golfers at hole 3 on Djupadal's golf course!

Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
