Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Cute cottage near the beach

The cottage includes two rooms and a small kitchen. The living room has an open plan together with the kitchen, sofa that serves as a sofa bed. Bedroom with two bunk beds, living room with larger divan sofa and TV. Garden furniture and barbecue. The accommodation also has two simpler bicycles, a lady's and a man's model. Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning after your stay is the responsibility of the guests themselves before check-out The cottage is located on our property, well protected from view from our residential house with a separate entrance

Cozy house near beach meadows, cliffs and sea

In the middle of Österlen, on the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is just 300m from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a swim in the ocean, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather fails, you can warm up in the jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be taken in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

In Gladsax Herrgård there is now the possibility to rent the cozy white guesthouse. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful loft of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms as well as a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells you about travel in all parts of the world. Small fully tiled bathroom with a shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Do you like old houses with preserved details,so welcome to Bergåsa! The large house consists of three apartments. You have your own private entrance and garden. wifi and cromecast available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So it can be some hustle and bustle,but we're kind and easy going. There may be a cat coming to visit. Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No transparency inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spa nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

That summer is a treat on Österlen with some of Sweden's loveliest beaches is no secret, but even the autumn with the lukewarm evenings and the warm sea is magical!
