Umgeben von einem großen Garten bietet sie eine Oase der Ruhe in lebendiger Innenstadtlage. Die lichtdurchflutete Dachwohnung wurde von uns mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut und 2020 fertiggestellt. Das Interieur vereint neue Designermöbel mit Klassikern, die aus der alten Villa stammen. Die großzügige Wohnung liegt auf zwei Ebenen und ist über ein privates Treppenhaus zu erreichen.
