Ta med familie og venner til dette flotte stedet. Her er det gode forhold for kos og hygge for hele familien. Det bademuligheter fra egen sandstrand og badebrygge. Ta en padletur med kano på vannet eller en kort spaseretur til Sjølingstad Ullvarefabrikk som er et levende museum. Utfluktsmulighetene er mange. Deriblant Mandal (ca. 10 min. kjøring) som er en koselig sørlandsby med alle sine vakre sandstrender. Ønsker dere en tur til Kristiansand og Dyreparken er det kun 40 minutter unna.

Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.

This property is in a beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pier in front of the cottage. Parking just behind the cottage. The cottage is 90 m2. Well-equipped nest cabin with a shipsparket in the living room, loft room and 4 bedrooms make this a place for the whole family. Possibility to rent a boat.

Idyllisk hytte ved vannet med kano og kajakk.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

A good place to just relax completely and enjoy the view of the beautiful fjord. Large windows facing the view make the feeling of sitting outside when you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the good chair. A short walk (200m) down to the harbor with a private boat berth and its own boathouse for storing equipment and freezing fish.
