Apartment in the basement of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 meters above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Skiin/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and high mountain terrain east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain inwards the Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing waters and nice swimming areas. The area is known for good skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country ski trails, 12 lifts and 26 downhill slopes. Shared lift pass and ski bus between the lifts. A nice and practical studio in an architect-designed house from 2019. The place is located in beautiful surroundings with mountain and green area views, and potato fields as the nearest neighbor. In addition, the studio is right on the main road, with parking and private entrance. There are beautiful hiking areas in abundance. If you are traveling with children, the school with a nice playground and pump track is just across the road. You can also easily get to the store and bakery on the bike path. The host is the owner of the local bakery, so there will be a good breakfast!

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

We are located in the middle of the beautiful nature areas 'Vestheie' and 'Austheie'. You are living on a farm which has chickens and goats. The appartment is part of the shed, completely isolated and renovated. It has a sleepingroom, livingroom + open kitchen and bathroom. In the summertime there is a large picknick table available outside. It is the perfect stay for families. There are many family friendly hikes, but also climbing routes swimming and fishing possibilities in the area.
