Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. Very nice place where we stayed a we with friends. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Pierre welcomed us warmly and our exchanges were nice before and during the stay.

Sophie's house is great, comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very well equiped with everything you need to settle in quickly, cook nice meals and relax in the house or outside on the lovely patio. The setting is beautiful right beside the river in a quiet residential part of Palavas. Its a quick walk to food, souvenir and clothes shops, markets, great restaurants and the beach. Sophie was a helpful host and we really enjoyed our visit.

Sinan was attentive, responded quickly, and was flexible. The house was clean and nice and lived up to the pictures. However, we missed having a larger grill, which would probably have improved the overall experience for us. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

We felt at home! Christel is a friendly hostess and the house is wonderful. It is lovingly decorated and in a great condition. Accommodations like this one from Christel make vacations unforgettable. The outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi is an additional highlight. Our kids and we loved it. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and matches the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

The stay went perfectly, thank you very much to Tiphaine for her welcome, kindness, availability. Nothing to say about the quality of its services: large, beautiful, well-appointed, clean, super well-equipped house. We were also able, on the advice of our hotel, to discover the surroundings on foot or by car. In one word: perfect.

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Superb accommodation, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was smooth! To be redone

Successful family weekend thanks to Chrystelle and Benoît's house which has everything you need for a relaxing family weekend: swimming pools, petanque court, ping pong table… The accommodation is impeccable, clean, well arranged and comfortable so that everyone has their own space. Chrystelle and Benoît are extremely welcoming and accommodating for schedules. We would definitely recommend the listing.

Great stay at a lovely villa

Very nice house for spending stays with friends and family. The 2 cottages are pleasant and kitchen well equipped. The pool is lovely as well as the exteriors. Thanks again to Patricia for her responsiveness and availability

Very good welcome by Chantal who takes the time to give a tour of the villa and gives more information about the shops around, how to go to the beach, etc ... The villa is very pleasant, comfortable, and very clean; it is located in a closed and quiet residential group, made up of small islets which make it safe for children. The proximity to the beaches within walking distance as well as two bus lines to Sète are assets for this villa - except for shopping, there is no need to use your car. Note the presence of bicycles available with the rental;

We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from the poolside for more than a few hours! :)) Beautiful house, beautiful area, kind and friendly service from Eva and her husband. When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! The house was perfect for hosting my sister's EVJF, it was spacious, well-equipped and above all the view with the pool was very pleasant. The host was also very accommodating with check-in and check-out times.

Had a fantastic stay here, the place is beautiful and well equipped and is just a short walk from the sea front and local shops and restaurants. Our host was amazing on arrival, really helpful and friendly and made sure we felt right at home.

This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.
