Monthly Rentals in Seaside

This beautifully decorated and comfortable condo was absolutely perfect! I love to cook and found everything I needed in the very comfortable, open concept kitchen. Beach access was just a stroll across the street. When I had a question about where to find the bicycles, Lyndsay was very prompt in answering my question. I will 100% rent this condo again! Really could not have been happier with this lovely place!

This place was fantastic for me and my husbands getaway. Extremely close to public beach access and very easy access to Seaside by bike but also is very walkable. Host is responsive and friendly. When we stayed there were two beach chairs and an umbrella for our use which was very helpful. Kitchen is decent sized and includes a dishwasher which is a huge plus. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay again!

I was so happy to be able to stay at Barry's fabulous carriage house last minute! It has become my new favorite place on 30A! The location is fabulous and the hosts are incredibly kind. We especially appreciated having access to beach gear like umbrellas, chairs, bikes...even a wagon to tote our things to the beach! This is my must-stay place when going to 30A, I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Me and my 3 children had a wonderful stay at Peter’s place! The bikes were great and the proximity to the beach was so nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed and there were plenty of places to eat within walking or biking distance. The kids enjoyed the pool later in the evenings and our stay could have only been better if we had stayed longer.
