Condo vacation rentals in Seaside

We had a blast and it was a great location with beautiful views! Very clean and exactly what was shown/described in listing. Host is very helpful.

This was our first time in 30A and this Airbnb was everything we could have asked for! We loved that it was an easy walk to public beach access and close to great restaurants. For the little time we were inside, this was a comfortable, relaxing home away from home that had everything we needed. They even provided beach chairs and a great beach umbrella! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay at 30A!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

We had to quickly book Karla’s place late one night as we arrived to town and our other booking had fallen through. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating! She was considerate and understanding of our situation. Such a kind, personal host—versus a big management company with automated responses. :)Thanks again for all your help, Karla!

This Airbnb matched the description, had all the listed amenities, and was so clean and nice that I had no worries like I would in a hotel! The view was BEAUTIFUL, the balcony was large and we liked that we could access it from both living room and bedroom, and overall an amazing place! It was also great since we had two young kids. The kids room was perfect and my daughter loved it. Also, the crib was SO nice as most places don't have that! Five out of five stars for both the place and the owner as they were available and quickly responded to our questions and checked in on us!

We had a wonderful stay here, condo was very roomy, could easily sleep 6 and not feel like you were crowded. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. The beach was a three minute walk and they had great beach chairs to use. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

This condo was perfect! My husband and I actually stayed in another one a few doors down, but decided to stay an extra day at Kate and Jeremy’s place. Kate and Jeremy’s was SO much better than the other one we stayed in. Their condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for two people.

Loved the private beach (especially on a crowded holiday weekend!) Hosts were quick to respond and the place was lovely!

This is THE spot hands down. Beautiful condo, location, & VIEW! Directly on water. Wonderful vacation. Brought my 5 year old and 6 month old. We will be back! This is the best condo on 30A IMO. Thank you for a great stay!

Matt was fabulous at communicating. The place was perfect for what we needed. The back porch was a great view of the pool and landscaped so nice with flowers! The deck was stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, and even a kite! We did have a small issue with the Google nest not wanting to stay on which kept the AC from cooling. But Matt called me late and was even willing to send out emergency hvac! Other than that, perfection! Even a great coffee shop right next door and public beach access directly across the street so we didn’t even have to leave the parking lot! Just carried the stuff right to the sand! I must have my morning coffee and not a kurig fan. Kurig coffee maker but no pods provided. I traveled with coffee grounds, cream and stevia though so I was very excited to find a pour over and kettle with a metal filter instead of just the kurig machine! Made the morning coffee walk perfect!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

Kathryn is so kind and responsive! Her place is beautiful, very clean, and in a great area. We loved it! You are so close to many great restaurants and shops. A quick ride or decent walk to it all! We loved checking out all the local coffee shops in the area and being able to walk just a few steps to the beach. The stairs down to the beach are…fun..with a beach wagon haha, but not unmanageable. The beach and area around is quiet and very family friendly! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful and updated condo, just as pictured and described. Quiet, but restaurants, pools, etc steps away. Best amenities we’ve had so far for a 30A trip. Weather wasn’t the best, as it was pretty cold and windy, but we were able to enjoy the amazing heated pools and play pickleball. Will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

Thank you for a great stay at your lovely condo! It was the perfect place for my solo getaway with my pups! Loved the privacy and private beach access across the street. Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable too! Very clean and had all of the amenities. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in my next trip!

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! We will definitely be back! Thank you Yana! The Conerly Crew thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was amazing!!! The place was beautiful and in a great location. Britani was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend!!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the beach access this home provided for our stay. Nice patio that was perfect for our family of four and our dog to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is not dog friendly but we were able to take him on walks around the neighborhood across the street. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge plus and we loved hanging out in the family room together watching movies in the evenings. The kitchen had enough supplies for the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our hectic daily lives in Ohio! We went down for my close friend’s beautiful beach wedding and it was the perfect time! The place was exactly as described in the listing and I honestly have zero complaints. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock!! The beach was easy walking distance and the beach chairs were an awesome bonus that she had there for our use! Leah went above and beyond for me! I had realized once I flew back to Ohio I had left something very valuable to me and she immediately got ahold of her people who had found it and kept it safe for me! I could not be anymore pleased with that customer service! And the honesty of her crew who found it for me! If I could give a million stars I would! I hope to come back in the near future and decompress again!
