Mansion vacation rentals in Seaside

The location of this place is great because there are multiple places close by to enjoy (bakery, coffee, restaurant, bike/golf cart rental). The beach is about a 7 minute walk. The place itself was perfect for families with kids of all ages. The pool right beside the building was perfect for us. We also loved sitting on the top of the roof and enjoying the view. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They had all the amenities we were looking for (king beds, beach gear, toddler items/gates) It will be a place to stay for years to come!

We loved our stay in Santa Rosa Beach! The house is on the quieter end of 30A, which we really enjoyed. It was just as expected and we had plenty of space with 4 adults and 6 kids! It was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for the beach! The golf cart was fun and easy to get around on with the kids. They loved to go get ice cream on it! There’s lots of yummy food close by - some of our favs were Redfish Taco, Scratch Biscuit Kitchen, Blue Mountain Bakery, Pizza by the Sea, and Pecan Jack’s for ice cream! The white sand beaches are beautiful!! We spent most our time at Grayton Beach State Park (just a short drive away). We got there early (8/9am) and never had an issue getting a spot on the beach! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We loved the downstairs layout especially. Beautifully decorated and plenty of parking. We had everything we needed. And it was so nice to have an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the private pool to come back to!

We had the best experience. Plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 small children. The pool was a highlight! Private fence. Hot tub was a hit. All was super clean and totally well equipped!!

The home was beautiful and had plenty of space. The access to the pools was awesome for kids and the use of the golf cart and trolley made it very easy to get there. The beach is a little further but still easy to get to with the golf cart. The house did lack a few basic things like dust pan, cleaning rags, etc which made it harder to keep the space clean during our stay. Ali was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall we had a great stay.

Karen Jane was a pleasure to work with. The home was spotless and the amenities were everything we needed and more. My wife and I and our three daughters and their partners had a wonderful stay at “Take It Easy”. The home was perfect with the pool steps away and the beach was easy to get to by bike, foot or car. We will return!

Place was great and short walk to the beach! Having private beach access was game changer so that you don’t have to fight for space. House is nice and slept our group of 8 adults and 5 kiddos comfortably! We plan to stay here again. Please note that no golf carts are allowed

When the online pictures don’t even do the house justice! One of the cleanest rental stays I’ve been to. Looks to have been recently remodeled, squeaky clean feel! Open concept, great for a long weekend stay with 3 kids and our small dog. The golf cart was a huge plus! The beach toys and chairs were a nice plus also. Super close to the beach, could take a walk or take the golf cart down. We utilized the Big Chill recommendation, great for kids and dogs! What a memorable weekend!

Our stay was great! Steps from beach access and beautiful accommodations. Grayton Beach is a busy place! Lots of life and excitement around. Everyone was friendly and the beach was beautiful!

Absolutely love our stay! Things to note: The house is CLEAN which is a huge deal to us. We love the private beach access as well. Always a must have for us. We never had many people on top of us on the beach but just enough people for the kids to meet friends and play! The manager with Sea & Stay is the best communicator of all of the places we have stayed on 30A. Checking on us regularly and making sure everything is perfect for our trip. We will be back to this house again soon!

We had an amazing time here on our family vacation! The house was exactly as described. Location was perfect, a quick walk to the pool or beach! Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The patio was an excellent space for a bbq and we definitely used it every night for family dinner. The hosts are very kind and checked in to make sure we were having a great time! Would come back!

We had a great stay for our spring break vacation! This house was amazing and had everything you could want or need! It was in a beautiful location, surrounded by lots of nature. It was a huge perk to have the bikes and the golf cart. They even provided us a small bike for my youngest! This location is close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. I can’t wait to stay here again! By far our favorite Airbnb so far!

Kathy was always quick to respond to questions and gave such good instructions that we didn't have to contact her at all during our stay. 10 out of 10 recommend! We love it there!

We had an amazing time! We were in town for a wedding. Location was convenient to everything. We felt right at home. Exactly as described. Golf cart was added bonus as we were able to find time for the beach and pool and it made it so easy! Thank you for sharing your beach getaway with us! We booked this Airbnb for 12 people and it exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. The location is conveniently located right down the road from a lot of restaurants and several beach access points. The host, Josh, was very informative and very quick to respond. I highly recommend booking this house for your next group vacation!

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Pool was amazing!! House was beautiful and very kid friendly even had high chairs and a pack and play for our daughter! The outdoor screen was a great hit with the kids!! She even reached out and let us check out around 5 so we could enjoy more of our stay! Will visit again had an amazing time!!

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

Very good location, great amenities with private heated pool. Uncrowded beach. Ryan was very responsive with issues with dishwasher. Provided paper plates, utensils and cups and a credit to eat out. Good deal for the area, house needs some minor updates on deck otherwise would stay here again. Great for two families.
