The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Our vacation home "2nd home" is the largest in the park "de Watersnip." It is located in the coastal town of Petten near the beach & is nestled in the typical Dutch landscape. A small shell path leads to our special retreat, which offers some amenities. The park in which our house is located also has many leisure activities (pool, etc.) that are available to our guests. The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Center. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Fenced around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.

This beautiful accommodation is ideal for families with up to 4 adults and/or children. It offers a warm playful atmosphere with a lovely pellet stove in the living room and a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped. The space has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. The private garden is a highlight, with 2 comfortable loungers and a lounge sofa.

Our studio “Kleine Zeeweg” is located 600m from the beautiful beach and village of Callantsoog. “Kleine Zeeweg” is private studio apartment, with a large king sized bed and very spacious and luxurious bathroom which mixes the feeling of hotel & home. Its the perfect cosy holiday getaway, including small garden and terrace.
