We had a lovely stay at Sabine’s Mahalo House – it’s a beautifully decorated and spacious home with a lot of charm and character. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. One of the windows in the bathroom didn’t close entirely, so it got a little chilly at night and in the early morning, especially when it was windy outside. For future guests, it might be helpful to check with the host regarding the window if you're visiting during colder days. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our time there and can warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay in Zandvoort with plenty of space for a larger group.

Our stay was just wonderful. We liked the house, the place, the quiet neighborhood between Haarlem and Zandvoort, also close to Amsterdam and only a bike ride to the beautiful beaches. Willemijn and her family share a very cosy, beautiful decorated and family-friendly home and were very kind and helpful with everything. Thank you so much!

Fantastic accommodation went beyond the minimum available to use in AirB&B places. Great location for visiting places whether by car or train. We hired a large van, and ended up with an electric vehicle. Bart had a charger and he kindly allowed us to use it overnight when needed ,which we paid for based on usage.Good value for money. Five star rating for Bart’s accommodation 👍😀. 😀👍

We stayed at Heleen's place with our family including our 2.5 yeard old daughter and our 11-month old sun and my parents at Heleen's place for a long weekend and had an amazing time! The location is fantastique if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood close to nature (walkable) and beach. The house has a beautiful garden for kids to play in (including trampoline) and inside the house has all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved it as an escape from our normal city-life, this is an Airbnb experience you would not be able to get in any other way!

The house perfectly met expectations! Temperature in the living area was wonderful! The bedrooms were significantly cooler, which we have also experienced as very pleasant. It was also lovely to have the space in the kitchen area. All in all, our family weekend was very successful!

It’s also very family-friendly, which was important to us as we were traveling with young children. The space felt safe and welcoming for little ones, with plenty of room for them to play. The location is perfect – just a short drive to both the beach and the city center, so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds. Whether we wanted a day in the sun or exploring the local attractions, everything was within easy reach. Our host was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with great recommendations and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was another highlight, being well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish home.

We had the most fantastic week at Ivo's home. The house itself was spotless and we were welcomed with a beautiful basket of treasures for our stay as well as lovely soft bed linen and towels. It's very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities we required. A real home from home. The location is excellent. It was just a few minutes walk to the local shops and we especially loved the ice-cream boutique which serves the most delicious flavours. We used the train a few times to get to Haarlem and Amsterdam and the station is a short walk from the house. We didn't need to use our car the whole time we stayed there, preferring to cycle or walk. I cannot recommend Ivo's home highly enough.

We went on vacation with three families and stayed in an incredibly large yet very clean house. Each room had a view, and we brought five kids around 10 years old and one baby. The kids loved the house so much they didn't even want to go out and explore. The host lived right next door and was always available to quickly resolve any issues that came up. The location was perfect: a 40-minute drive to Amsterdam, 20 minutes to the windmill, 10 minutes to Alkmaar, and 15 minutes to the beach. Everything was just right. This is our dream vacation home, where we could see the purple sky from our rooms and enjoy the sight of cows and sheep grazing in the green pastures, all while experiencing a slower pace of life. Perfect!

We had a very nice stay in Bergen. It is a beautiful house and is centrally located in Bergen. Within walking distance of the city center and close to the beautiful dune area. Lenneke is friendly and helpful. The house has all the comforts!

This place is great if you want to know more of what it's like to live in Amsterdam. It's a very family-friendly neighborhood, and the few neighbors we met were very nice. The kids loved the bunk bed, the chickens and visiting cat, the trampoline, and watching a movie on the huge projector wall, as well as the recommended Pllek restaurant. We also loved the huge screen (for GoT), the espresso machine, and the space. It may seem like the house is far from the city, but it's only a 15 minute drive to the docks by central station (we dropped my parents off for a river cruise), or 5 minute drive to the free ferry (with free parking) that takes you to central station. The grocery store nearby has anything you could want, and all the restaurants we tried in the area were delicious and fresh. We very much enjoyed Amsterdam Noord and the house!

Incredible communication, incredible place!

We have just spent 10 days in Jaxquline's beautiful house in Bakkum. The house fully compliant with photos. Beautifully equipped, we didn't miss anything, inside and out. Our 4 children and teenagers have all found their account. (soccer goal, trampoline, bikes available, one TV in each room, as well as sono speakers.) Each room has its charm, the bedrooms are very nice and the kitchen huge! Surrounded by greenery, the house is bathed in nature, the forest and the dunes with the sea 15 minutes by bike. We were greeted by Jacqueline's in-laws who live right next door. Very nice and always willing to recommend tours to do or a glacier to absolutely try to do. We strongly recommend the house. An absolute gem right on the canal – a dream for design lovers! This house is just a little paradise in the middle of Haarlem! The location directly on the canal is not only picturesque, but also wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. The small garden is a green oasis, lovingly designed and ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The interior is exceptional – modern, exclusive and with a lot of sense of style and atmosphere. Every detail is well thought out, every piece of furniture seems to have been carefully selected. You can tell right away: Someone with a heart and a fine sense of design has set up here. The beds are wonderfully comfortable!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! I went to North Holland for a few days to switch off and it won't be the last time! ☺️ Communication and handling with the landlords was impeccable! Even with last-minute questions, the answer was very quickly and probably helped me. ☺️

Really very pleasant stay, nice cozy and comfortable house, very well located for those who like peace and quiet, close to the sea and not too far from big cities.

What a stunning property to have our week in the Netherlands with our blended family! Lucy is a fabulous host! Would thoroughly recommend her and would love to come back. We had lots of room to spread out in gorgeous peaceful surroundings with easy access to Heemstede, Haarlem, Amsterdam, and the coast. Thank you for letting us stay! It was a privilege!

We had a fantastic time at Pelle's house. It is simply unique and even more charming than in the photos. The kids had a lot of fun - the location is just phenomenal and the accommodation offers everything your heart desires and more. The house is very cleverly furnished and offers plenty of space and retreats for all ages. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful spacious space, public transport in front of the door, nice outdoor area and swimming pool. Too bad there was no BBQ and also no basic products such as hand soap and cooking oil. Also a pity that the key had to be picked up in Callantsoog, although the owner was present at the property upon arrival. Friendly owner and good communication
