Lovely attic with panoramic views less than a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Sant'Antioco Island. You will find an open space with an equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV and sofa. From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lagoon. The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality mattress and pillows. The bathroom has an elegant mosaic shower. We are located on the top of the hill of Sant'Antioco (700 meters from the center), we recommend the use of the car because the road is steep.

Little house in the historic centre

Apartment in the historic archeological part of Sant'Antioco, with a big terrace. What people like about my apartment: the old furniture, the way I decorated the house and especially the terrace. What people like less: the bedroom with wooden floor faces the street so you can hear some cars passing by, but luckily the street is one way only and we are in a quiet area of the town. Moreover the other bedroom is very silent and quiet.

Every detail of the house has been carefully considered and researched over time so that you can enjoy total relaxation. Complete with every accessory. The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing outdoor dinners.
