Quartu Sant'Elena vacation rentals

We had an amazing time at Francesco's place. The views in the pictures completely lived up to the photos. The location requires steep hikes to get to, but being in this square in this building was absolutely sublime. There is a musician who plays either the accordion or keyboard most days, there are tourists who frequent the Co-Cathedral and church bells. We found all of this o be charming and all things we absolutely loved here. On nice days, having the windows open to allow the outdoors come in was sublime. Cafè Plazuela at the foot of our building is great for coffee and a pastry, and the workers are very friendly. Francesco was responsive to all our needs. We cooked and had all the supplies we needed (oil, vinegar, spices, colander, sharp knives, cheese grater). Additionally, we were there for a month and Francesco gave us a fresh supply of towels and bedding. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's an old building and that's what we loved.

My experience in this house was very positive, quiet neighbors and Lucia was super helpful in everything and made me postpone my check-out at my convenience without adding extras. The house is very bright, except the kitchenette but very functional and there is also a set of knives for those who love to cook. The terrace/laundry is very convenient and a few meters away I found a martial arts gym and tried a bioenergetics lesson.

The place looks better then in photos. Super clean and very welcoming house. Private and very well equipped with things that you need on a vacation. Angelo was very responsive and helpful. The location is good to explore the south of the island. Totally recommend Angelo’s place.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The pool was lovely, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, with a supermarket and a great little café nearby. It's also very convenient for getting into Cagliari, with a bus stop close by for easy access. We used the CTM Bus Finder app and it was only a few Euros. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Davide was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful. He even drove us to the supermarket when we arrived late in the evening, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. The only point to mention is that the cleaners arrive at 08:30/09:00 on the day of checkout as stated in the check out details, even though the listing states checkout is at 11:00. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were leaving around 9:00 anyway, but just something to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Excellent stay; the place is fabulous with this direct access to the sea and the rocks that meant there was no one there while the surrounding beaches were very crowded. The terrace is extra and the apartment is very equipped with all the appliances and a lot of details and attention and all the basic products are there. Kayaks and other masks, fins, beach games; deckchairs etc. were also very much appreciated! Orazio was extremely friendly even before our arrival and even agreed to receive large packages for us that arrived a week before our stay. He also gave us recommendations of places to visit or events. In short, it was perfect and we hope to come back one day.

I was hesitant to rent this because it had so few reviews, but that would have been a mistake. The place is beautiful. It is newly renovated. It’s located in a small neighborhood, so it’s quiet. There’s a lovely patio. The view out the upstairs bedroom is amazing. There is access to the beach from the street. It is an easy walk from there to the far end of Poetto, if you want to rent an umbrella. It’s close enough to Cagliari in one direction and to the various beaches of the south in the other direction. And Alessandra was an amazing and generous host.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb. It is very well equipped, it is super clean, I love the whole layout of the loft. The pictures were accurate. The town is quiet and peaceful but the transit is not reliable. I recommend to have a car here. Even though we had a hard time to get around our host gave their best to help us in anyway they can. They were prompt in their communication. They are very hospitable and generous very grateful for that.
