I recommend it 100%. We had a great stay. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. Very clean house, air-conditioned, tastefully decorated. Very nice garden with dining table, garden furniture, hammock. The best for kids: games in the garden, foosball, board games and even nintendo!! We felt right at home. 😁 Lots of small touches for breakfast, lunch, our son, etc. Quiet area, close to all amenities by car.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We had a great stay at Debora and Ruggio's in Elmas. We were especially grateful for the flexible check-in, as we arrived at night. The property is easily accessible by train from the airport. Check-in went smoothly, everything was very clean, modern and lovingly furnished. We were particularly enthusiastic about the breakfast kitchen: Even though there is no cooking facility, it was excellently equipped. There was a wide selection of snacks, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, water and (lactose-free) milk. A capsule machine with coffee, tea, microwave and a fridge with freezer were also available – all clean and fully equipped. The bathroom was, like the rest of the accommodation, freshly renovated and tastefully designed. Train station, restaurants and a supermarket are within minutes walking distance. Many thanks to Debora and Ruggio – we would come back anytime!

Super nice flat, just what we needed, would recommend!

A last minute autumn vacation. We decided to spend these autumn vacation days surrounded by greenery and close to the sea. Among the many options we chose Francesca's house because it reflected our needs. The house was very clean and cared for in every detail, and inside everything you need to spend a beautiful holiday. We found the peace and quiet we were looking for. Francesca was very kind and super helpful Highly recommended. Villasimius in the fall is even better!

Carla and Elio's home was an experience well beyond our expectations. The accommodation is wonderful, clean and equipped with every comfort. Close to Nora beach and in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches in the area (Chia, Tueredda, etc.) but also the center of Cagliari. A special thank you to Carla and Elio, two exquisite people of disarming kindness. From the first moment they welcomed us and presented the house in every corner, providing objects for the beach and the sea as well as a very well-stocked pantry, from breakfast to dinner. Mattresses and pillows are also very comfortable. On the last day of our stay we had a little mishap with our car and even on this occasion Carla and Elio were too kind and helpful in helping us solve. A highly recommended stay for everyone!We hope to be back soon.

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

This is a gem of an Airbnb! Matteo was so proactive and helpful, giving us a wonderful guide to check in and local recommendations. If we had any questions he was so quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location, close to all the sights of Cagliari but not too close that you’re in the middle of town. We will definitely come back to Cagliari and will stay here again, thank you Matteo!!

GREAT place to establish as a “home base” in order to explore Cagliari! Only 5 minutes by car to beautiful Poetto beach, which is the main beach in the city. Apartment is spacious and well maintained with 2 powerful air conditioning, one in the living room and a second one in the master room. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (including the living room) with a comfortable coach that you can use to sleep as well. Clean kitchen and excellent WiFi signal. They have an assigned parking spot for your car, which is necessary in order to explore the City and the island. Guido, his wife Cinthia and son David, were always available and very responsive to my questions for recommendations about where to eat. They are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property for your stay!

The apartment is in a great location, a few steps from a parking lot if you drove and very short walk to old town with all the restaurants and shops. We were on a family holiday trip and the choice of the apartment offered by Patriza and Filippo turned out to be extremely happy. The place is ideal for families with children - walking 15 minutes from the beautiful beach and scenic hills, close to restaurants, supermarket and bus to the city. We are very grateful for the excellent furnishings of the apartment - everything was to have a nice time and sunbathing. When we arrived, Filippo greeted us at the entrance - very friendly and helpful. The hospitality was visible every step of the way - thank you for the great fitting of the fridge with fruit, drinks, and biscuits - it was very nice. We emphasize very good contact - Patrizia responded to every inquiry in a short time and helped when we had questions. Thank you also for your help on the last day - it was very beautiful when traveling with a 2-year-old toddler. Thank you very much. We recommend to everyone - Patrizia and Filippo are the best hosts in Cagliari.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We have really enjoyed our stay at Domu Prexada. It is such a lovely place! Géraldine is a perfect host. She gave us some tips for hikes, beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was served outside, on the terrace. Simple, but delicious. Everything was clean and well organised. Many thanks to Géraldine! I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

Very nice house inside and outside with a beautiful garden. We stayed in 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Piero met us cheerfully and showed everything we could need during our stay. The house is close to Cagliari, just 20 minutes ride. He recommended us a few restaurants nearby and responded very quickly to all my requests. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning at a sunny terrace: coffee machine, kettle, microwave, different snacks, plenty of water, juice and soft drinks. It was a nice start to explore Sardegna! Grazie!

Staying in Villa Maria felt like home! Anna and Antonello welcomed us like family and we had a lovely time together. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place. We had contact with Elisa throughout our stay, we did not meet Francesca. In the B&B there are 4 bedrooms, we stayed here with 8 people and thus used all the rooms and had the B&B to ourselves - this was great. The rooms are fully equipped & also with airco (amazing!). We rented a car so we could drive to Cagliari ourselves, the apartment is quite far away from the city center.

Everything was exceptionally good: cleanliness, hospitality, nicely served breakfast. The host gives you privacy but at the same time he is at your disposal once you need his help. I also used the bike which was very comfortable to ride. Highly recommend!
