Little house in the historic centre

Apartment in the historic archeological part of Sant'Antioco, with a big terrace. What people like about my apartment: the old furniture, the way I decorated the house and especially the terrace. What people like less: the bedroom with wooden floor faces the street so you can hear some cars passing by, but luckily the street is one way only and we are in a quiet area of the town. Moreover the other bedroom is very silent and quiet.

Cozy house equipped with all comforts

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

Every detail of the house has been carefully considered and researched over time so that you can enjoy total relaxation. Complete with every accessory. The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests.
