Newly renovated basement apartment in a quiet residential area and with a central location in Ganddal in Sandnes municipality. It is 6 minutes walking distance to the bus and 9 minutes walking distance to the train. Private car parking space right by the front door. The apartment is 53 square meters, and consists of combined living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are a double bed in a large bedroom (180x200 cm), a single bed in a small bedroom (75x200 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room (95×200 cm). Baby cot and high chair for children are available.

Delicious boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Nice central apartment

Nice and peaceful accommodation in a very central location. Only 2 minutes walk to train station and 4 minutes to Langgata in Sandnes. The living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is clean and tidy with new or nicely used furniture. There is plenty of space in the kitchen that has a built-in dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. The kitchen has equipment such as coffee-maker and kettle. In the bedroom there is office space with views out onto the street. There is plenty of space in the bedroom in the drawers and cabinets for storage.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

You'll love my place because of its location, accessibility and quietness. Good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. We have a fully functional kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. We have beds for up to 8 persons. It is possible to add extra mattresses if needed for even more people. My place is close to public transportation, with a direct bus to the airport. 13 min drive from the airport.
