Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Pietro Island

We spent 8 days at Cynthia's house in June with our 4-year-old daughter. Calasetta is simply wonderful!Narrow streets, lots of old buildings, few tourists. The apartment is the perfect base for exploring this small island. Everything is at hand Is the house old, or does it have old furniture?Yes. Can an ant, spider or cat enter the terrace? Well, yes. But that's normal!We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Sardinia and I think we fully succeeded here. The apartment has no wifi and the signal is poor. Thanks to this, we were able to take a break from these technologies. The home is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Parking in front of the windows. The bathroom is renovated and matches the style of the rest of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is practically on the first shoreline. In the port, every evening we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and in the morning we admired the sunrises from the terrace of the house. Cynthia is very nice and quick to answer questions. A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Spacious, cozy apartment in Calasetta with a well equipped kitchen with oil, pepper, salt and a great terrace (sunset and sea view, dining table, grill, sunbeds). The communication and checkin with Sandra and Daniela was very easy and they were extremely helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet street in Calasetta with parking right in front of the house, the beach and restaurants/bars are only a few minutes by feet away. Also they provided us a beach and a shower towel.

The house is very modernly furnished. The appliances are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower towels and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, only storage facilities are missing in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

Magnificent view from terrace and living room/kitchen (glass doors that make the whole panorama visible). We had cold weather in April and were also able to enjoy the wonderful view while eating at the table indoors. Without a car, it may be a little difficult, because the elevated location has a cliff and no beach of its own. Great for excursions in the beautiful and interesting surroundings.

It was a very positive and beautiful experience, above all thanks to the location of the property located in the center of the village. The apartment is very comfortable, functional, practical and clean, equipped with all the amenities listed on the site. The island's beaches are truly beautiful, reachable in 30 minutes max, with enchanting and unique views. Daniela was very kind, reserved and always available, recommending restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We will definitely come back to benefit from the tranquility and friendliness received from the islanders in these three weeks spent in Sant'Antioco. Thanks again Daniela

Great stay! The place is big and clean, the patio is definitely a plus. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town, but in a quiet area, and 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach (Sottotorre). The host was responsive and friendly! Definitely recommended!

We stayed at the property with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even if it is a steep mountain on which the accommodation is located (for the view). There was nothing missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

The apartment is in excellent condition, the kitchen and bathroom are new. Teulada is not a strictly tourist town but has all the necessary services and a few good restaurants. And you can easily reach many beautiful beaches, both equipped and not. Raffaella is available, kind, and present for advice and directions.

We had a great stay at Angelo and Giovanna's apartment!! The apartment is nicely decorated, with a great large terrace. From there you have a fantastic view of the evening sunsets. From the apartment you can quickly reach the beach and the area where the apartment is located is also beautiful. The contact with Angelo and Giovanna was great. They always responded very quickly and were super accommodating. The only thing we missed were a few kitchen items (there is no stove, only a single hotplate, bowls) But for the few days it was fine.

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

We spent a week in Calasetta in total relaxation. The house is newly built and with all the necessary amenities. The silence of the area is incredible. The possibility of waking up in the morning is having breakfast on the terrace is priceless. I would recommend everyone to spend at least a few more days because when the weather is okay, it flies! We had a great time at Annalisa's house. A home in a beautiful location. In the upper part of the village, a stone's throw from the tower, 200 meters from Sottotorre beach. In a very quiet area but very close to the main square of the village and all amenities. Renovated house, very clean, very well furnished and equipped with all amenities. Very quiet also thanks to Venetians and anti-noise fixtures. Beach gear is also available. Annalisa doesn't leave anything to chance and manages with great care and care. He welcomed us and provided us with all the indications for the beaches, local and local tourist activities, events, services, restaurants, and businesses. We look forward to coming back! We felt right at home :-).
