Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Perfect place to stay for our company. The centerpiece of the vacation took place under the spacious porch with a huge table, a 10 barbecue, and a very useful outdoor shower under an olive tree. The most beautiful thing is that we found a new Friend, Mr. Alberto. More than available, you could define the company's glue. Great foodies and stories in front of good wine. Vacation from 10. Our stay at Cinzia's place was short but extremely pleasant. The apartment is delicious and live has definitely exceeded our expectations! Well designed and equipped with every comfort, clean and well located. Cinzia was present from the first moment, kind in recommending us and available to meet our needs. If I have to go back to Carloforte, I definitely hope to be able to stay there again!

Clean studio apartment with the essentials for eating and staying a few days. It is about 15 minutes from the port and restaurants by the sea, including about 70 simple steps. Recommended!

Giada's home is very cozy. You can find a large space outside to have a nice brk,lunch or supper,that' it's a must.If you are going to the seaside you walk ten minutes,it's close.If You're going to discover the best place in Sant'Antioco, You can ride a bike or get the bus.Don't miss Carlo Forte.Ten minutes walking as far as Calasetta's harbour.

Marco and his son Luca were super helpful and kind. We arrived a day later than anticipated and they adapted to our needs, checking us in the next day. They offered us lifts from and to the train station in Iglesias purely out of kindness, as there is a well-functional bus system in place. The place was clean and the view is one of a kind. You'll have all you need and you're close to an amazing beach which was not crowded at all, despite it being late June. Thank you for offering your property as a holiday stay. Sardinia is truly unique. Don't look further for a place to stay. There is a reason this place and its host are rated so high!

Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The decor is well cared for in every detail, in perfect "sea house" style, cozy and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We spent about a week in Ornella and Emilio's house. The house was above expectations, tastefully furnished and recently renovated. Then Ornella and Emilio, great guests, had had some attention that immediately made us feel welcome. The house is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, in a situation of absolute peace that makes you feel immediately on vacation. A short distance from the beaches, reachable by car in a maximum of 15 minutes and from Carloforte, also the one about 10-15 minutes. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!

The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great location for visiting the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Location perfectly fit the description. Casa di Luca is set in a small oasis with perfectly curated greenery enriched by a large pool. The distance from the sea is not a problem thanks to the presence of a large parking lot near the beaches. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability. Recommended location for those looking for a little tranquility just a stone's throw from a dream sea.

Cristiana's apartment is located in a very nice residence with sea views and only a few minutes from the sea directly on Cala Grotta. In the apartment we found very helpful information about the most beautiful beaches and restaurant tips (my recommendation Due Fratelli Sant' Antioco). It was very advantageous that the sensational seawater infinity pool (end of September) was still open. So we were always able to swim even in heavy seas. The residence is the ideal base for exploring the jewel of Sant' Antioco. Cristiana was always there for us and responded immediately to inquiries. Grazie Cristiana

Very nice hillside location overlooking the pool and sea, amenities fit, Alessandro immediately responded to requests and made extras possible. Only the seating on the terrace could be a little more comfortable, otherwise great.

We know the house ! Since our last visit, Novella has converted the kitchen and furnished another room with bathroom! We also liked the glazed veranda, especially in the evening!! Vanna the housekeeper helped us excellently upon our arrival, after that she was forced to accompany us at a distance through her mother's COVID illness! Thanks to Vanna's help, my hearing aids left in the house can also be returned to me, I am very grateful to her!! We had a dream stay. On vacation outside of school in other countries, we were surprised to be the only occupants of the place. Communication with Paolo was very easy, he is extremely responsive and caring. Everything is well organized, you feel that everything is well run and it runs on its own. With GPS no problem finding the accommodation, when you see the aerial view you understand that as long as you can climb up! the road is dilapidated but frankly we saw worse, we get used to it and finally it's not boring. Especially since at the end of the road is paradise. The pool is beautiful, the serenity and calm are the masters. At the beginning of May, we were able to enjoy the pool which is not heated but we enter it without great difficulty. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and clean beds that deserves praise. Beautiful landscapes, very nice sardes, magical gastronomy at affordable prices. provide mosquito repellents!!
