Beachfront vacation rentals in San Pietro Island

We spent 8 days at Cynthia's house in June with our 4-year-old daughter. Calasetta is simply wonderful!Narrow streets, lots of old buildings, few tourists. The apartment is the perfect base for exploring this small island. Everything is at hand Is the house old, or does it have old furniture?Yes. Can an ant, spider or cat enter the terrace? Well, yes. But that's normal!We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Sardinia and I think we fully succeeded here. The apartment has no wifi and the signal is poor. Thanks to this, we were able to take a break from these technologies. The home is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Parking in front of the windows. The bathroom is renovated and matches the style of the rest of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is practically on the first shoreline. In the port, every evening we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and in the morning we admired the sunrises from the terrace of the house. Cynthia is very nice and quick to answer questions. Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

Great location, a few details to take care of, but overall there is everything you need. Nice garden, spacious. The property provides everything you need for your stay, for other needs there is always a ready response to requests.

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious, quiet, clear and bright apartment. The rooftop terrace,facing East , is a plus to have breakfast in the sun with sea views and on the boats of the small port. The location is ideal, close to the city center for shops and restaurants . Host accommodating for check-in times. Enjoy your stay!

We particularly liked the personal service: The landlord was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants and excursions in the area. The proximity to the beach was ideal – just a few steps and we were on the water. Shopping and restaurants were also within walking distance. I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

Cristiana's apartment is located in a very nice residence with sea views and only a few minutes from the sea directly on Cala Grotta. In the apartment we found very helpful information about the most beautiful beaches and restaurant tips (my recommendation Due Fratelli Sant' Antioco). It was very advantageous that the sensational seawater infinity pool (end of September) was still open. So we were always able to swim even in heavy seas. The residence is the ideal base for exploring the jewel of Sant' Antioco. Cristiana was always there for us and responded immediately to inquiries. Grazie Cristiana

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Upon arrival in Carloforte we were greeted by Marinella, who accompanied us to the house, she was very kind and very helpful. The house matches the description perfectly, it is equipped with everything, we appreciated the outdoor spaces very much, in general all the rooms are very warm and cozy as a real house! The outdoor space also offers a barbecue and the pool is perfect for relaxing at sunset after a day at the beach. Everything was perfect for us!!

Very nice hillside location overlooking the pool and sea, amenities fit, Alessandro immediately responded to requests and made extras possible. Only the seating on the terrace could be a little more comfortable, otherwise great.

We had a fantastic stay at Massimilianos place. There was always a quick response to our questions both before and during our stay, which was very reassuring. We were received at the ports and guided all the way to the apartment. The apartment was incredibly cozy and everything was nice and clean. Only challenge: There wasn't much to buy on the island and the restaurant wasn't very good, so everything has to be brought to the island. We enjoyed our holiday and can only give our best recommendations.

We had a dream stay. On vacation outside of school in other countries, we were surprised to be the only occupants of the place. Communication with Paolo was very easy, he is extremely responsive and caring. Everything is well organized, you feel that everything is well run and it runs on its own. With GPS no problem finding the accommodation, when you see the aerial view you understand that as long as you can climb up! the road is dilapidated but frankly we saw worse, we get used to it and finally it's not boring. Especially since at the end of the road is paradise. The pool is beautiful, the serenity and calm are the masters. At the beginning of May, we were able to enjoy the pool which is not heated but we enter it without great difficulty. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and clean beds that deserves praise. Beautiful landscapes, very nice sardes, magical gastronomy at affordable prices. provide mosquito repellents!!

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in the smallest details by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions to carry out self-check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photos. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the ferry departure is just a stone's throw from the house.

The apartment was lovely with breathtaking views, a private beach, and really quiet. Oscar was an exceptional host, extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay, although it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere so I think transport is very much required. We found plenty to do within 45 minutes' drive, and loved how quiet it was where we were staying. Would definitely recommend!

Best location in Porto Pino - really close to the beach and our sailing venue. Yet extremely private and peaceful. Dani was incredibly attentive and helpful to all our needs. Will absolutely return to stay in Villa Lucia if back in Porto Pino one day.

The Vacca family's house is very spacious. The highlight is the terrace and the dining room on the top floor. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. We'll be happy to come back.

This place is absolutely unique in its placement directly at the sea, walking distance to the little but curiously wonderful town of Carloforte and the minimal but comfortable style inside the house. I have not seen any house in Sardignia so close to the see: You can almost jump inside from the kitchen window!
