Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

The flat (approx. 60 square metres) is located on the 1st floor of the old manor house. It offers space for 5 - 6 people. In addition to a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, there is a modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms including a living room. With the exception of the bathroom, which is very modern, the rooms are painted in traditional colours and furnished with historic and modern furniture. The courtyard and park can be used by our guests. The wifi has been newly installed & is super stable.

The 2x2m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A baby bed can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the camper is also well equipped for autumn and winter.
