Our small summer house is located about 4 km from city center Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic has a beautiful view over Erfurt. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 square meters and is fully fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV,sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. In the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed .

You will stay in the old mineral water factory surrounded by fields with terrace, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, spring park, large pool (free of charge).
